Although the room was really nice..the bathroom may need some renovation However i had no complaints!

Very spacious room with ensuite bathroom in a really beautiful palace Self check-in and check-out I booked a single room and i had a king size bed Close to the hotel there' s plenty of restaurants/elegant shops! The location is very handy for the airport because the metro stop Colon is just moments away from the hotel I would stay there again

The walls are thin, so you can hear conversations and everything that is happening outside the room. The room faces the street, and it might be noisy.

The accommodation has a central location, near the old town and just a minute's walk from the amazing Turia park. The room was impeccably clean and very comfortable. The shared bathroom was always clean and available, and there was no crowding during my stay. Check-in was super easy using the self-service machine, which was especially helpful as I arrived late. Overall, the accommodation felt safe and had a good vibe.

Location is great, quiet at night. There's no staff, but we didn't miss is. Good instructions for entrance and check-in. Rooms are outdated but clean.

The shared bathroom shower had no pressure- not ideal for someone with long hair. Only two bathrooms on one floor and in one floor there has been at least 8 rooms…so min 8-21 people. No room cleaning! I’ve never seen an accommodation that never cleans your room when you stay at least 4 nights or just change the towel at least. No kitchen facilities (at least a microwave, cutlery and a bottle opener available would have make huge change! My room was clean but smelled extremely dumb.

No 24 hours service, short time to check in, especially as everything is automated.

It was the ideal staying for a relaxing, quite holiday, although not ideal for solo traveling as there are no common areas to meet people. But it was really nice and I enjoyed the time there.

The only person I talked to, wasn't friendly. she was seating at the desk early morning, looking with a nasty attitude like she didn’t want to work that morning. Unbelievable the machine they have to do the check-in at the reception, was more friendly.

A little hard to find.

Bed was a little lumpy. I had an inside room and it stank from the air shaft if you open the windows.The trash was never collected in the shared bathroom the three nights I stayed.

Ideally situated. However very noisy late at night. There was a humming ...not sure where from. Managed to get to sleep at 1.00am. Lots of doors banging as well. But nevertheless happy with the room and staff.

As many have said, the smell inside the building was not that great. The water was cold in one of the bathrooms but I managed to use another one on the same floor. On the first day it was pretty cold (18°C). A manual on how to use the heater would have been nice because heating the room with the air-conditioning took a while.

The location was great, a few minutes from was the city center. My room was pretty quiet because it was facing the courtyard. The staff was really nice and helped me when I locked myself out of the room. You can control the temperature in the room via air-conditioning or heating.

There weren’t many people working (if any) and your key card stops working after check out. I accidentally closed my door with my bag inside and my key card didnt work because it was just passed check out time. I couldn’t access my bag and no one was working there to help me. Thankfully someone who was cleaning let me in to grab my bag but it was a scare for a half hour.

You sign in on your own and you have a lovely terrace view (depending on what floor you’re in… I believe I was in the 8th floor). Really nice cafes nearby
