The area - the architecture is beautiful. Inside the building same grandeur and charm. Use the stairs when you can. Loved the sheets, the mattress. The shared bathroom worked well, felt clean.

My greatest disappointment was the room. It was a single-bed room on the 7th floor (room 705) for a person who travels alone, yet even for that, it was an extremely small room. It is understandable that in an old building in the city centre, every square meter is used to the advantage, but if you are a big person, you might feel uncomfortable in such a small space. Besides, the view from the window... was non-existent as the window looked out into a narrow "well". There also was an unpleasant smell issuing from that well - a mixture of sewage and kitchen smells (there is a restaurant on the ground floor, and I suspect its ventilation system goes into this well). The shared bathrooms are clean but very small, especially the one next to room 705. So again, if you are a big person, you might encounter difficulties while using that bathroom. And be prepared that some guests don't care that the bathroom is shared with other people, so they leave a mess after using it (the cleaning staff cannot remove it because they clean the place once a day). If you order breakfast from the hotel, you will be served it in a charming place not far away from the hotel, but it is not a big breakfast (it was enough for me, but other people might not be satisfied). It is said in the note on the wall in the room that they serve breakfasts from 8:30 to 11:00, but they appeared to start only at 9:00. So if you need early breakfast, as I did, you won't be able to have one. Thus I paid for four breakfasts but ate only two :)

The greatest advantage of this hotel is its central location. The building where the hotel is situated is old and beautiful, and they tried to make the best of the rooms (if the rooms allowed). The bed was very nice, I slept in this hotel better than at home. Besides, on the 7th floor, where I was staying, there is a charming terrace with a view of the city.

Old windows, not soundproof. As long as the neighbor has their window open we could hear like if there was with us. The bathroom was little bit old, and if you are not fit I wonder know how you could get into the shower.

The room was spacious. It was right in Valencia City Center. Big windows with light coming in. TV with USB option so we could enjoy a couple of movies.

- a lot of noise. We were situated at 1st floor and bellow us it was a tapas bar than closed at midnight and we could hear everything - also, the doors are very noisy and we could hear when neighbors slammed the doors, whenever they came or left the room. Having the bathroom outside the room it was also an issue due to the fact that the doors made a lot of noise everytime somebody used the toilet. - nobody cleaned our room during our 5 days vacation. If you come back late or you leave the room early in the morning (earlier than 10am), there wasn't anybody to ask for shampoo, toilet paper, shower gel and so on.

The house is just next to the street so you can hear a lot of noise during the stay. There is only one toilet and shower for a lot of people, sometimes you would have to wait.

There is no person on site 24h, but they do have an emergency helpline that is 24h. The view is a shaft that sadly has a bit of a smell - but not a problem if you open the windows for just a short while. Walls are very thin, so if you're near the bathroom, you will hear every movement, but personally I didn't mind the noise.

Very clean rooms and facilities. I chose it specifically for the late night check in, which went smoothly. The room was all I needed, comfy and clean, and WiFi was fast. Location was the best part, right next to the beautiful Valencian park and Old Town. The staff was very responsive to my queries.

I liked the automatic Check In. we could arrive at 1am and still get out key. When reserving, they explain how to enter pretty good, and if you have any trouble they have a hotline. I love that it is located near Mercado Colon, where you can have breakfast
