Everything was outstanding, the staff were 11/10, the hotel was super clean everywhere, rooms were amazing, food on half board was fantastic and great gluten free options too.

Amazing Staff, everyone was very kind. The location is also very convenient. Pool is nice and protected from wind. The hotel got a spa and gym which can be booked so it’s intimate. Hotel got parking at the back of the property.

Ther was Nothing not to like.

Beautiful hotel in the best location in Palmanova near the end of town so nice and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We ate half board and the food was exceptional. The rooms were cleaned daily. As it was an adult only hotel it was really nice to relax without kids running around.

Had a beautiful 3 night stay here, popped over from the UK for some winter sun. Was welcomed with a free drink in the bar. We did the online check in service so nothing else was needed from us in that respect. We arrived around 11am and check in isn’t until 3pm but they let us leave our bags while we went off to have a look around and grab some lunch and they called me about 1ish to let me know our room was ready. The room was gorgeous. I booked the standard double room but still had a partial sea view which was lovely. Very modern and clean. A bottle of water in the mini fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. They also put a complimentary bottle of bubbly in the room as it was we were away celebrating my partners birthday. Free safe was a nice touch. The hotel, like the room was beautiful throughout. The pool area appeared to not be cleaned up ready for the new season but that didn’t bother us, had lovely comfy day beds and loungers, that’s more important to me. I booked breakfast in advance, was so good, buffet style, continental and English, freshly prepared eggs and omelettes, fresh bread, cheeses, meats, fruit, yogurt, cereal, juices, all the good stuff! Oh and the Churros were great. The spa, we booked this for the evening and had a lovely hour relaxing in and around the spa pool and in the sauna. We played some soothing music, they could do with a system to facilitate this. Really was a great addition to our little break! The location was stunning, just across the road from a beautiful sandy beach. The staff were all lovely, really friendly and welcoming, would definitely return

I wish the hotel would tell you the room direction, they put us in a room overlooking the carpark, so we had to upgrade for a better room with a view

Next-door guest was a chain smoker and always in the balcony & the constant smell was annoying. Shower running hot& cold wasn't comfortable.

The customer service in this hotel is its golden crown! Their welcome & attention to our request made our stay super special. The view from the room was amazing. Also the daily room cleaning was done very well. The breakfast was very good.

The room small of gray water Daily cleaning and breakfast choices could be improved. Not hotel fault but the room next door was talking loudly they were drink late at night.

Great location lots of restaurants around, in front of the beach. Staff are super friendly, very helpful 10/10 service mind. Hotel bar is very cozy and very nice pool area. I will definitely going back.
