Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomThe only downside for me, was the shower is a bit small (the shower is as big as it can be in that small shower room) for a BIG old man (68) like me, who is a bit unsteady on his feet (arthritis) I had to use the shower in the bath, and the bottom of the bath was a bit slippery, I bought a anti slip mat to use, but it did not work as it just floated up. (Could do with some anti slip stickers on the bottom of the bath) It did NOT spoil my stay at Balcom al Mar
Belcon al Mar in Olvia Nova is perfect in every way. Mimi is the perfect host; Very welcoming, Kind, and very very helpful, Thank You for making our stay very enjoyable ***** Belcon al Mar apartment is in the perfect location. It has a very spacious balcony with a fantastic sea view, with table and chairs to enjoy Al-fresco dining, also, two swinging chairs, to relax in and enjoy the sea views with a nice drink. Its only 2-minute walk to the lovely sandy beach (Good swimming in the shallow sea) with a large beach bar (in season) along the wooden walkway to the beach. Belcon al Mar apartment is perfectly clean, well maintained and very well equipped with nothing to want for, it's all there for you to use. We only used the double bed, and for me it was perfect, I suffer from arthritis in my lower back and hip!! It was the best 7 night's sleep that I have had for years!!! Overall, the whole apartment was very comfortable and a pleasure to stay in for our Holiday in Oliva Nova, FANTASTIC STAY Thank Mimi.

We have appreciated everything : the apartment itself with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all furniture needed ware there (including orange juice machine), nice terrace with sea view. We were offered fruits, snacks and drinks at our arrival. There was enough gel douche and shampoo in the bathrooms for our stay. We were offered a private closed garage. The bad was comfortable and the wifi of good quality (streaming was possible). The apartment was very clean. The heating system works very well. The welcome by the host was kind and efficient. The large sand beach is at a short walking distance. A supermaket is at walking distance.
