Silvana and Nikki were absolutely amazing and had excellent communication right from moment of booking and provided lots of information about the surrounding area. The apartment had a great view was affordable, lovely, clean and fully equipped with everything we needed and more!

No negative aspect!

One would say that Tenerife is, well, Tenerife! What could one not like about it! Yes, it is indeed so! There are so many things to enjoy about Tenerife, but what might be the detail that turns a... normal holiday into a wonderful one is a place such as this where you spend the time of the stay. I want to thank the incredible Silvana, who was there for us all the time. The place is in a quiet area, near anything one might need for an unforgettable experience on the island. The view to the ocean during the morning coffee is another aspect which, for me, was something great. The apartment is in one word “tenerifantastic"!

Nothing! the property is up quiet a steep hill so may not be best walking if you struggle (there are frequent buses though and a taxi is only 5 euros) We found the walk into the town great as it has beautiful views and is very peaceful.

the properly was the prefect escape - airy, wonderful view, clean and very comfortable. It is very spacious and has all of the necessities you may need (plus some extras from the wonderful host). It is very peaceful and has a lovely private terrace to relax on. Silvana is such a kind and caring host, going the extra mile for us and helping us with places to visit etc. We can’t wait to stay again!!

We had a unique opportunity to spend a lovely holiday in this excellent apartment in Torviscas, Tenerife. The place is really comfortable, clean, equipped with everything needed even for a longer stay and offers a splendid view of the ocean from both the window as well as the terrace. The facility offers a free use of a private swimming pool, is withing a walking distance from a couple of big supermarkets and the nearest beach is about 2 kms away downhill. The owner Silvana is a superb host who is able to immediately deal with any problems encountered, is of great help advising on all the nearby attractions and places of interest and we will long remember her kind hospitality and friendliness. We also have to express our gratitude to her friend Nikki who was in charge of our check-in/check-out processes and helped us effectively arrange part of our programme in Tenerife. Would love to return one day again.

I liked everything!

The view from the apartment is AMAZING! The apartment is very big, very clean and very quiet(0 noise all day long). Also it is fully equipped(including a safe box). The internet is very good.

The mattresses on the bed were not so comfortable. They were a little bit fell off the bed. But it is just a small thing.

Perfect place to stay in southern Tenerife. Wonderful ocean view, lovely terrace, well equipped kitchen, easy to park a car on the street, shops&restos nearby. It is possible to go by feet to torviscas beach (we did several times) but i guess is more for those who like walking:) the apartment itself is spacious (we were 2 adults and one kid), comfortable and quiet. the owner is a lovely lady who arranges everything, makes things work and when we needed, she provided an advice within seconds by messages. for those who like to be comfortable and search for "feels like home" place, this might be the right place for you . we ll be back:) ps- beds are quite soft:) advantage for some, disadvantage for others. i share this info as it is one of those i usually look for while booking:)

The coffee machine is one which uses pods, not that good for the environment as involves single use plastic.

Immaculate apartment, very nicely decorated and incredibly well stocked, we had everything we could ever want for a week stay. Silvana was very helpful and informative of the local area and always at hand to answer any questions. The balcony is lovely for sunset. The kitchen is great to cook a big meal, we had movie nights with the huge TV (where you can log into Netflix) when the weather wasn't great. There is a great gym 5 mins walk away (€5 euro for a session) a supermarket in walking distance and we even walked to Siam park (30 mins). The bedroom is nice, lots of storage. The bathroom is very nice, lots of complementary Products and a big shower. The check in process was very easy. The pool area is nice, very clean and we didn't see another soul- had the place the ourselves. We worked remotely on our laptops which was very easy as the apartment is a nice space and had good internet. The apartment itself is a little walk into the centre of Costa Adeje, a car is recommended if you have mobility issues (or don't like walking). A very good stay - would HIGHLY recommend!

We we’re living in the apartment for a week and werereally happy of staying there. Nice design, plenty of all you need and even more and a great see view! A special pleasure is a swimming pool. Thank you Silvana for your hospitality! It was very very pleasant!

the owner is very kind, attentive to all our needs. the apartment is fully equipped, it has everything we needed. from the end of the street there is a beautiful view of the city. the beach is a convenient walk away. We had a great time here.
