We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe apartments are in an complex which is also a residential/care home which wasn't made clear prior to booking. I probably wouldn't stay here again for that reason.
The location was good as I wanted to be near where my family were on holiday. There was an underground carpark available at an extra cost which we used because of the hot weather. Tha apartment was a very good size with large outdoor area.

United KingdomThe reception staff were quite arrogant. The rules applying to entrance. Is it a holiday resort or an old people home? A holiday resort has a bar and entertainment. As a disabled person I found it very difficult to get around. Badly signed, confusing lifts. Felt like a second class citizen, who was there under duress. There was no kettle or toaster. Having to access the apartments via a gate at the top of a dirt track is not acceptable. I felt like a prisoner who was locked in until a fellow neighbour explained how to get out. I won't be coming back.
Not much the apartments were nice but exterior areas a bit run down. The cleaners were lovely..

Everything. It was lovely and quite. There is a pool but we went to beach. The apartment was quite big and great value. Towels changed daily and cleaned daily. I must mention Isabella on reception who was very helpful. She also let us have use of the apartment right up to our bus was due. Excellent location. Oh and the best air conditioning we have come across. Overall they were perfect.
