Expensive, considering the location is on the outskirts of Madrid - admittedly the Madrid Open Tennis and Madrid Marathon were on that weekend pushing prices up throughout the city

Clean modern business hotel. Conveniently located 5 minutes walk from Chamartin station/metro. Rooms were spacious and decor/music theme was a nice touch and luxurious feel. Very comfortable bed. Plentiful buffet breakfast (at a price)

Large room with comfortable big bed. Metro station 5 minute walk away links direct to Sol metro in centre of the city. Good parking. Great that sauna could be used nude as it is only available for private 1 hour sessions, but shame such a large sauna can't be shared.

The bar and restaurant looked stylish but was very empty. Because of that there was not really a reason to sit down with no other people around.

Great overall experience and away from the busy center of Madrid. However, the metro station is near and therefor it's easy to get everywhere. The staff is very nice and the room was comfortable.

I think the breakfast price could have been a little better competitive on price as 25Euro per person is a little pricey especially if you are staying for a few nights and its a couple.

I loved the layout and of the hotel, it simple stunning, décor is to die for ,hotel smelt amazing and is exceptionally clean. The staff were amazing , accommodating and extremely helpful. Proximity to Chamartín station is walking distance, less the 8 minutes walk, perfect connection from the airport T4 train( 3.10 Euro) no need to take a taxi. Everything or everywhere you will need to go from that location is about 20mins via car . The food at the hotel was also very delicious and is well recommended. I will definitely be returning.

Very warm welcome. The room was beautifully appointed. Good shower and bathroom facilities. Great burger at the bar in the evening and the best hotel breakfast I've had in a long time. Highly recommend. This will be my go-to hotel in Madrid in the future.

Although close to the Metro and Chamartin railway station, it's a little trek into the heart of Madrid (although quick to get to / from the airport). The wider area seems to be going through some gentrification, so there is a lot of building work in the streets around the hotel (noise wasn't a problem, just lots of temporary sidewalks to use).

Nicely presented hotel, with a musical theme throughout the public areas and the rooms. My room was spacious, with a big bed, wet room style shower and glass windows along one entire side from floor to ceiling, which meant the room was bright and light (although the curtain were thick and didn't let light in when drawn). The staff were polite and efficient and the breakfast selection was amongst the best I've seen.

It was clean and bright and a little quirky with the whole 80’s music theme in my room. The bed was super comfortable. The staff (thank you Ronaldo) was very patient with my basic Spanish and made some good recommendations for dining. The location across from the train station was perfect for me and my heavy bags!

The service was incredible, they went above and beyond for me and my wife on our anniversary. The room was huge and spacious, with a beautiful view of the pool and with the famous Bluetooth speakers in the bathroom I was able to enjoy a few tunes. It was extremely easy to get to the city centre, and the cleanliness was top notch.

Excellent hotel. Staff were nice and friendly. The room was big, very clean and with the details that people over 50s we love and appreciate , such as nice augmenting mirror where you can properly see your face when you are putting up your make up or shaving or .... Very powerful hairdryer that does not go off when you are using it for while :) . The little touch of having some treats (like a small chocolates bag and bottle of water ) . The Hotel trust the clients and as we all know that the hangers are the property of the hotel and are not meant to be taken by guests , so they were REAL hangers . We asked for a late check out and because was Sunday , they were happy to accommodate us for leaving the room at 1 ish instead of 11 , that was real treat, specially when your flight leaves at 21:45 at night ! I really highly recommend this hotel.
