Few details should be definitly sorted out. The wifi did not worked on google chromecast and i’m not the biggest fan of watching foreign tv. It worked only on some devices and required special login in every 15 minutes on the hotel website. The room felt a bit outdated witch is not really an issue for me as long as everything feels solid and properly working. Piece of door frame fell of, and the flush took 10 minutes of loud and weird noises to refill. The chair on the balcony smelled bad, small thing but I took a sit there to relax. Also blankets for the evenings would be a nice touch, and at least one really subtle source of light in the room.

Beautiful location and view, really lovely personel. People at desks, at restaurants, as well as maintenance stuff, pretty much everyone there was very proffessional, helpful and nice. It felt really honest and natural. Very decent food, drinks were made with care and from proper ingredients. Quite few activities of different kind available for guests at the place. Private indoor parking available within the price. And for my little fetish - the water pressure was super strong it filled the bathtub with very hot water within 2-3 minutes, loved that one.

Food - good selection and variety but could sometimes have been hotter

A large and quite smart hotel set on the rocks overlooking a nature reserve and huge sandy beach. Wonderful sunrises! The hotel grounds were beautifully landscaped on different levels. On site car parking.

The air conditioning unit in the room leaked, the shower gel holder was broken, the hot tub jets didn't work and the safe was broken. The leak and safe were fixed by staff, eventually. Room looked a bit tired in places.

The staff - especially at the restaurants - were fantastic. Reception staff could have been more helpful. It was very clean and comfortable though.

The staff were very polite, helpful, kind and friendly people. The food were delicious and varied. Everybody can choose what they want. The wine and coctail selections are excellent. The room was very clean and well-equipped. There is no needed to bring a hair dryer with you, because it works very well! The Playa is walking distance. Other beach can be easyly reach.

Some entertaiment in the evenings on the level would have been good.

The food especially in the buffet restaurant by the pool was really exceptional with it's fresh fish or meat everyday and the other food prepared. The breakfast was also really delicious, freshly squeezed juice etc.

It wasn't as quiet as expected, with noise starting from 08:00 onwards due to chatter and staff pushing carts outside our room. The "balcony" outside our room, was more of a designated area of a communal pathway, offering little to no privacy with other guests leaving their towels on the sunbeds allocated to our room.

The staff was great; in particular, Marianna at the Royal level reception, Dan at Atlantico Restaurant service, and Gabriele at the Atlantico Bar took the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable and nice as possible. The quality and variety of food was really good. The room was spacious with complimentary drinks upon arrival.

This was my second stay in this hotel and I had a great time! The rooms are very comfortable, the pool area is lovely, the food is wonderful and I think it is exceptional value for the quality. The service is exceptional- you’re very well looked after in the restaurant and the rooms get cleaned twice a day. I couldn’t have been happier- I will definitely be back. Because the adults only area is quite small you easily get chatting to the other guests but there’s also enough space to be on your own if that’s what you prefer. Ideal for a solo traveler.

Some noise from the main pool area animation team, also building work going on til 2am one night.

Check in is within the Jandia Playa hotel to the far right of the entrance. Super comfortable room opening on to sea view terrace with our own sunbeds, good selection of food at the buffet and a la carte restaurants. Two hours at the spa included daily which was a peaceful oasis to chill out. Marianna at the front desk is a problem solving angel!

Clearly the new ownership has a challenge ahead to upgrade rooms and fittings throughout the property. The A La Carte restaurant was a disappointment with the quality of food, the service level was faultless. We had booked for 3 evenings, but following the 1st evening, decided to eat in the buffet restaurant, which was of a much higher quality of food and variety over the 3 nights we stayed. The short window of lunchtime food in the buffet restaurant (13:00 - 15:00) we were unaware of the timing prior to booking a spa treatment, which meant that we missed our lunchtime in that restaurant, (€60 paid extra). We have used mini golf facilities in barcelo Caleta de Fuste, the facility in Jandia was disappointingly uncomparable.

The friendly staff, the buffet restaurant, the wellness centre, the Royal Level Suite was spacious with a very large bathroom, bed and sitting area. Multiple pools throughout the complex, the walkways were very clean and very well maintained with trees and plants. The management team were great in providing all the necessary support for a special birthday including special surprises. That said, we enjoyed our stay and will look to visit again.

Keycards easily demagnetized. The gym could get an upgrade/overhaul. Salt from the sea has turned a few of the machines rusty, but overall okay gym.

we were Royal adult only, food was excellent, the staff were really lovely especially Geno who served us most nights, so happy and lovley. I would highly recommend this location if you want to chill and relax.
