Only issue I would say is you probably need to rent a car to get about as it’s quite secluded but worth it for the peace and the views

The staff are lovely especially Sara the receptionist she made us feel so welcome went above an beyond to help us, the whole hotel is beautiful clean and modern our room was lovely also huge balcony kitchenette very comfy bed, we loved the b heaven roof terrace an pool spend most days there in all we loved everything about the hotel

Breakfast was correct, room was clean. Staff was nice and helpful. The main concern was the pool restaurant, no experienced waiters, normal food quality, they switched the ice-cream sauce. I can not recommend this restaurant but there is no other available un the hotel. In general is a 3-4 stars hotel amenities. Not valued the money we paid

Bit isolated, when looking for food outside the hotel you need a car or taxi. Hard to get food delivered.

Beautifully clean and peaceful. Spent weekend alone with my kids and throughly enjoyed the peace. Food was good, lunch was very good in the pool bar. So clean and beautifully styled hotel, we had a suite which was amazing with a stunning terrace.

Many employees do not speak English well. There is a fee for one hour in the spa (around 20€), which is very unusual for this hotel category. No restaurant during weekdays (we had to go to the hotel next to this one). No shop in the hotel.

Very clean and big suite (45m2) with a terrace. Great view on the mountains. Very comfortable beds. Free parking for the car.

Dinner, the meal was not as good as it should have been.

Alex was a superb host, extremely welcoming and helpful. The hotel was lovely with beautiful outdoor areas and very comfortable rooms, we would definitely recommend and we will certainly return.

very comfortable beds, very clean, fabulous pool and immaculate gardens. The staff accommodated us at the Barceló La Nucia Hills hotel whilst the Palms hotel was closed until June. They helped move us back to the Palms when my brother arrived in June and put us in rooms next to each other for which I’m most grateful

The bar during the day didn't have much, no cocktails or snacks available. Rooftop bar isn't currently open also which was one thing I was looking forward to!

Perfect service at the reception. Needed an ad hoc meeting room, which was no problem. Nice hotel, with good restaurant. Secure cycling locker. Big supermarket around the corner.

Underwhelmed by the staff interactions / check-in process, but could’ve been a one-off

Excellent rooms with super comfy beds 10/10 breakfast buffets with lots of options - with added bonus of vegetarian-friendly & healthy options available (fresh fruit, vegetables and local dishes) Clean bathrooms stocked with essentials (without surplus and also limiting wastage, a plus!)

It is quite a labyrinth to walk around in. I got lost so many times. I expected a mini bar with at least water in it - but no. Reception gave me two mini water bottles that was supposed to last me my stay. Also due to the nature of my stay, I would have appreciated more meal options especially at night as the restaurants at the hotel close in the afternoon.

The staff are so friendly. The bed was divinely comfortable. Loved the blackout curtains and blinds. The overall smell of the hotel was so lovely. The outside facilities are gorgeous, too!

The food served as part of the breakfast and evening buffet was cold. The coffee was self-serve from a machine and it was poor quality (on one of the days, the coffee machine was out of action completely which was a shame).

The pool areas were lovely - very relaxing atmosphere and, despite a small minority reserving sunloungers, there were always sunloungers available. The room was large and clean. The lifeguard team were very pleasant. Emma, a member of the restaurant team, was incredibly friendly. When making a request via the Barceló app, the hotel was very responsive. The hotel is a short taxi ride away from Benidorm centre.

-website needs to be updated that rooms do not have a mini bar and water boiler due sanitory conditions ( covid) -multiple times verified if late check-out against extra costs was possible (upon booking, upon arrival, day before departure (both morning/evening) The staff should be more clear that only know the evening before departure if it is possible and that during peak period the chance was very unlikely. At the same time I strongly get the impression that no effort was made to accommodate my request.
