A little far out of town so reliant on taxis which were not always available. Feel the hotel could offer a shuttle bus into the city centre. Lack of refreshments by the pool and limited outdoor refreshments at the other Bar outside the hotel

This hotel was really nice,close to centre of seville, and the aiport(15 minutes away).Nice pool,large,good gym.Breakfast was exceptional, a good choice.The hotel let us check in at 10.30.Reception very helpful and curtious. The bar staff very good.Looking forward to booking again in this chain of hotel...

There was nothing we didn't like.

This hotel was beautiful, the rooms large and so very comfortable. We stayed for 4 nights and I would stay here again if I came to Seville. The beds are the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The bath robes were a great touch too, we stayed in the deluxe room. The pools was immaculate and clean and they supply pool towels. On arrival the staff were exceptional and for all of our stay and provided a great service. The evening bar was good too and prices fair.

The room we’ve been assigned to was facing the back of the building where the aircon units are and you could hear the noise at night which made it very difficult for us to sleep.

We weren’t impressed with the food offering other than breakfast which was excellent. We are in the tapas restaurant and the food was dreadful on this occasions. Cocktails at the cocktail bar were fantastic.

Not really 5 stars. The parking lot is in front of the hotel and the payment booth inside the hotel lobby, but parking is still supposedly provided by a third party and not free (and even quite expensive at 18€ per day). Only one coffee capsule and one cream capsule provided per person per day. The rooms are worn out, especially concerning plumbing (bathroom sink clogged, shower regulator hanging off the wall, low water pressure). Foldable couches are generally not really big enough for two, but still as good as expected for 4 people and for the price. Only one blanket/duvet provided per 2 people, but additional blankets were available on request. No bathrobe/slippers in the room and a very long walk to the pool area from 2 of the 3 guest buildings. The in-hotel shop (for souvenirs, pool accessories, etc) was always closed when we walked by (at least an hour before the 20:00 closing time stated on the door). The location is about an hour's walk from the center (the cathedral) and at least 30 minutes away even when taking the closest bus.

Great value for money, the main (adult) bed was comfortable for 2 people, the room and access were decently private and the check-in/check-out experience was fast during our stay. The heated indoor-outdoor pool was great fun for children, but the opening hours were short (the initial plan was to spend the morning by the pool, the day in the city and the evening by the pool, but since it was open from 11:30 to 20:00, we barely got an hour in the evenings).

Too far from restaurants and cafes. The hotel didn’t offer a variety of foods. The breakfast was buffet style and we did not want to pay 22 euros to stuff ourselves . We just wanted coffee, juice and croissants. It would have been nice to have a small cafe for small bites. Also it would have been nice to have some live music for entertainment and enjoying it with drinks and appetizers.

The staff weren't very helpful or friendly for that matter. They were courteous at all times but not in the least bit interested in having a conversation or even giving us advice. The room we stayed in was lovely but literally one tea bag and one coffee pot per person per day in the room. It felt a bit mean considering the prices charged to stay in the hotel - its not cheap - so you would expect a little bit of extras. Everything seems to have been measured out to give the minimum.

The hotel was beautiful. The pool area was so nice, and although there were a few people around it wasnt too busy. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, there was a huge selection of food and beverages available. The hotel is a bit out from the centre. On our first night of arrival we got a taxi into the centre and this cost €5. After we had gotten our bearings we realised there was a scooter rank across the road so we got around on scooters for the rest of our stay and that was great fun.

There's only one restaurant open in the evenings and it is "no bueno". The large swimming pool was closed, which meant the small one was packed. The app is useless.

Absolutely nothing. There is nothing to not like.

Where do i start? This is not a 5star, but a 7star hotel. Anna and Mercedes from the guest experience team were absolutely fantastic. Made every effort to ensure my young children were entertained. They had childrens entertainment classes which the kids loved. On site concierge that would book everything for you and advise you of what to do etc. My children even got Barcelo hats as a little gift. The team would surprise us with small gestures and hampers every now and then when we returned in the evening to find them on our table, i mean we did stay 7 nights in total. The customer service of this place and all the staff are nothing short of amazing. The on site restaurants did amazing food. The indoor pool which is open till 10pm is a real treat. I would without hesitation book this hotel every time i am in Seville. Once again thank you Anna and Mercedes!! :) The staff in this hotel really give you an experience and memories that you take away with you and cherish.
