Big rooms, quiet, a lot of spaces in and around the resort. Very good dinner and breakfast.

I bought the included dinners in the pack and the drinks were not included, not even the water. Also the food at dinner was not as awesome as for breakfast.

Rooms are really big and clean. Even if the weather is a bit chili for my liking the pool had climate control and was warm enough to be really confortable. Then the breakfast was really good, it had a great variety of meats, eggs, pastries, churros, waffles, pancakes, breads, fruits juices, yogurts and even options for lactose intolerants.

Bathroom

A very pleasant hotel. Great pool area, not crowded at all even though the hotel was fully booked. Very large selection of food at the buffet. Delicious breakfasts, freshly made cocktails and juices were something special. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, could use a refresh, but when it comes to cleanliness there is nothing to complain about. I recommend this hotel if you want to relax and just enjoy what the hotel has to offer.

A large building which we found difficult to navigate.

The location and very good buffet breakfast. There is also an excellent Italian restaurant La Dolce Vita.

Staff were not flexible and sometimes didn’t really want to help. Example: one staff member told us we had to book late check out on the morning of check out, went back 30mins later to another staff member and was able to book late check out no problem. On another occasion we tried to get breakfast delivered to the room early but they could not offer this which was disappointing for a 5 star hotel.

Communication on dining in their other restaurants was not clear. We were told dining is in our all inclusive plan which wasn't when we reached the restaurant at our booked time.

Great food options, nice variety but lacking flavour. Also loved the fact they made my husband's birthday really special by sending over cake and Cava at mid-night!

The place is gigantic and has a very poor navigation system. I got lost every time I left my room.

Shower switch between handle and overhead didn't work well, pressure was OK.

Very good looking property, nice room. Fantastic breakfast. Good restaurants. We were able to keep our bikepacking bicycles in the room.

Not much really... we didn't have our coffee and bottled water replaced in our room during our stay and on one day we didn't have used mugs replaced with clean ones ... that is the only gripe...

Lovely spacious hotel. Excellent food options (we went half board), superb cocktails. The rooms were large and very comfortable with a fantastic bathroom and patio. Very close to the airport so great for a short break and quick airport commute, but be prepared for regular planes flying over! There is a lovely coastal path right on the doorstep which we highly recommend.

They could have more heated pools in the winter, esp where there are activities and to 28’ instead of 26’. Although the furnishings have been renewed, tiles and bathroom fixtures were a bit worn.

It was well laid out, providing privacy but with great facilities.

There are 3 bars on site, the bar by reception has little atmosphere but is the only one open after 6pm. This was a shame as the Breeze bar and Plaza bar had a lovely atmosphere, but we had to leave at 6 and dinner did not start until 6.30pm, which was strange. The evening dinner buffet service was okay, nothing special!

Breakfast was fab. The room was perfect - very comfortable and spacious and great facilities - at times I could hear people outside, but as it is not a 'party' hotel, the sound was generally down before 11pm. The gym was great too and had definitely been updated recently since some of the other reviews saying it was run down. Head into Los Abrigos for a coffee and some local vibes.

I was hoping to see the Christmas tree, but it wasn’t up just yet. The quality of food in the evening not the same as before. However the selection of food for lunch & breakfast was fabulous 👌

Stunning resort, remote and peaceful location, amazing pools, night time shows were fantastic, especially the live music in the lobby, and the Soul Girls show! The staff is very friendly and make you feel like home. It was my 4th stay and it was great to see the same faces and to be recognised by some of their team members.

Beauty services were unable to do massage & manicure as therapists on duty can not do all.. After much discussion, I went for a twenty minute massage, but nobody turned up On the day of checkout, my room was cleaned & my things were removed before I checked out All handled by Diego, but a few drinks & a buffet lunch did not make up for this intrusion, which was described as human error..

If you are given the option of paying in Euro or GBP at reception, I would strongly advise you to choose Euro!

The food in the buffet and at the Breeze Gastro Pool Bar(a wouldnt put the Gastro in the name) is mediocre. For a 5* hotel i was expecting much more. On the website is stated that the hotel was refurbished, but that is just partially true, the rooms had seen better days.. I would say that the hotel is more like 4*.

the architecture of the hotel is really nice. The Arrozante restaurant was superb, staff professional the food nice, thumbs up.
