Unfortunately, the apartment right next to us is under renovation and we could hear construction noises, i.e. hammering, drilling, etc., from 7ish in the morning on weekdays. With sound proofing virtually non-existent in the building, it was difficult not to be woken up by it. Luckily, they didn't work on Saturday and Sunday so we could have some peace and quiet. I'm not complaining about the noise, but thought we should be informed that renovation works are being carried out next to us in advance.

The apartment is very spacious and the second bathroom is absolutely essential for our party of 6. The location is in a quiet neighbourhood with amenities and restaurants nearby. Eduard checked us in and he's very friendly. I also need to praise another staff member we met, Miko, who arranged a taxi for us and even waited together with us to make sure we wouldn't be overcharged. Overall, all of us are very pleased with the accommodation.

We had a family above us that were very, very noisy, luckily it stopped by 10pm so we could sleep. Not much sound proofing here

Property was spacious, comfy beds, decent bathrooms, good kitchen facilities. Close to metro, so easy to travel around. Restaurants very close by which were good. Easy walk to Sagrada and the hop on/hop off bus stop. Hosts arranged return taxi for us, were regularly available on site to help out with queries - like recommending places to eat. No luggage store but use the app Stasher for local shops where you can book your bags in.

Not so clean apartment. Not a single cleaning done for a whole week. The neighbors were really noisy, hard to go to bed before 23 o'clock.

Great Location, few hundred meters from Sagrada Familia and its metroline. Huge apartment, easily fitted 2 families with all its needs. The availability of a washing machine and dish washer is highly appreciated.

Everything had a 300 Euro fine, for noise, loosing keys etc. only 2 sets of keys, for a group of 7 adults, made it tricky with people coming and going at different times. Electronic keys would be a great idea.

The kitchen could have some more glassware (eg. espresso cups). Also the location, although is really close to Sagrada Familia, is a bit off center. To visit all other Barcelona main attractions you have to change at least one bus line.

The apartment is located 3 blocks from Sagrada Familia. It was fairly clean and the building was nice and quiet. It is near the metro and local bus stops. It is suggested for families with kids. There is a supermarket really close.

The lack of a broom or kitchen towels

The location was great being so close to Sagrada Familia and a few metro stations (Encants was a five minute walk max.) Our apartment also had a rooftop terrace which was phenomenal for aperitivo hour

There is no possibility to leave your bags if you have a later flight. The toilet was clogged.

one problem we had with the washing machine was that it was broken down during the stay in the apartment. but this was no problem, after one text message we received a new washing machine with in 24 hours. That is what you call service!

the location was 4 minutes walking from the metro, The metro in Barcelona is excellent. kitchen was clean so was the whole house, very happy with the service.

Unfortunately being an older building the sound travels so easily. There were a few other guests in the building that were very noisy which was annoying in the early hours of the morning.

Check in was quick and easy and the location was fantastic. The staff made us feel welcome and the apartment itself was beautiful.

It was a little sterile but functional. A few wine glasses would have been nice.

Neighbors around are noisy. Drunk, yelling, loud music, and playing door bell. Annoying neighbors

A big apartment with 4 rooms and 2 bathroom. It has heaters in each bathroom and central air conditioner + heaters for living room. Big kitchen area with big dining table also. 5-7 minutes to Metro. Surrounding by restaurant and supermercat. Nice place to stay
