How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The walls are quite thin, as we could hear the other rooms, but nothing that bothered us.
Had a great surprise with the bedroom! It seemed bigger than the pictures, super clean, great bed and great shower. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the locations is perfect - close to metro station and bus stops, but not in a crowded area.

We just have really small room (only bed and we had no space for suitcase :)
Was really clean and all team members was nice and helpful. Only think our double room was super small but still clean and tidy.

A bit noisy from other guests as sound proofing not the best but not particularly noisy from outside (though we were in a room overlooking the street). The frosted glass door to the tiny en-suite was a bit odd but as we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary it wasn’t really an issue for us! 😄 It would be awkward if it’s the same in any twin rooms, though. There is a rail and a couple of shelves for clothes, not a proper wardrobe - only 2 hangers so you’ll need to ask for more.
Spotlessly clean though basic room, staff were lovely, bed very comfortable. Great location.

The bathroom was super tiny. The opposite house was so close, so we always had the curtains closed so the people from the other house couldn't look into our room. But that means it was always dark in our room with no natural light

No many tv channel options and no fridge in the room.
Clean and tidy. Water dispenser in every floor compensate for no coffee station inside the room. overall a good place to satay.

Bed sheets very firmly tucked in every day and every night I had to untuck them. No window to open and could not see outside without pulling back large curtain. Hairdryer gave out heat but no air, so not brilliant at drying my hair

Noise comming from other rooms and hallway, smaller bathroom.

If the air extraction in bathroom could have turned off in the night, - it was a little noisy and turned on all day. A beverage machine with soda would also have been good.
Nice clean room and towels every day and everything functional, nice staff in hotel and the eating place Rock and Boom with entrance from inside the hotel. Safe storage of luggage after check out. Free fresh water maschine near the room and hot drinks. Recommend this place.

Great location close to the metro station "Diagonal", restaurants, bars. Helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast included. Rooms are cleaned everyday and the towels changed. Great choice for staying few nights.

We needed a small wardrobe for our clothes instead of open shelving. The door of the bathroom should be more opaque to give more privacy to the person using it.
The hotel receptionist was always there to help us go around. The room was cleaned everyday and had our towels replaced. The WiFi connection was great. The hotel is located in an area quite reachable by all means of transport.
