Staff that are working there are just amazing and very helpful. Marta checked when I will be at Hostel and check me in earlier. She has gave me advice where to go and what part of the city to explore. I have had great time at Santander, as well good rest. Well done.

Unfortunately we had bad luck with sharing the dorm with another guest who acted very egotistically and he had NO manners at all. Besides that he was the worst snorer I've ever experienced - so like always in dorms I recommend to bring earplugs just in case! There was nothing the staff could have done about it, because he did not violate the hostel rules.

A spaceous and very clean hostel with a nice kitchen and very helpful staff,, a supermarket just around the corner, the location in between the beaches and the city is great if you want to explore both areas on foot, a bus stop is close by, the dorms are spacious and the matress felt still pretty new. I highly recommend it!

No kettle provided - Had to pay for hot water which was strange

Rooms were clean and quiet - in-fact the entire hostel was very quite which was nice. Best sleep I’ve ever had in a hostel. The hostel was well secured and the staff were very friendly. Clean and comfy common spaces.

I have stayed in many hostels but this has to be cleanist ever comfortable and everyone respectful of quiet time staff helpful and cheerful and somewhere to park my bicycle!!

The staff was super friendly, welcoming and helpful! Also each bed had its own plug sucket, night light and some curtains which gave you the opportunity for privacy, if wanted.

Just one wi-fi. Missing kitchen kettle. Another refrigerator needed. One small kitchen stove needed.

A bunk bed is like its own room. Very private. Large spaces and very clean. Super!

Given the price air conditioning in the rooms would have been good. It was a hot night and we had to have the dormitory window open which mean that there were bugs in the room.

Only.can obtain WiFi at front reception area once into dormitory rooms no WiFi .the young man at checking in could smile and make you feel welcome bit more may be just had bad day . anyway decided to rebook somewhere else for my other night and sacrificed my already paid night good WiFi is very important to myself 24 hrs a day sometimes.point being they advertise WiFi throughout afraid that's. The bathrooms and showers were really not clean by the end of the day. More frequent cleaning is needed.

The location wasn’t the best but Santander is a small city. The beds are nice, clean and private (curtained). However, they make you put on the bedsheets yourself. All in all, not bad!
