The wifi didn't work in our room and was spotty in the bar area and I couldn't get it to work at the pool. We finally found a spot where it did work in another section of the grounds.

The location of the hotel is paradise: Set in the dunes of the Atlantic Ocean with beaches for kilometers, and no other hotels nearby. The grounds were well maintained with beautiful plants and trees. The pool area was comfortable and fun to hang out in with a wind barrier facing the ocean. The breakfast had lots to choose from.

Would have liked a bit of variety with the breakfast buffet, always exactly the same every day. Staff were a bit cold towards us at first but got much better after a few days with them. Bed wasn't the most comfortable, a bit soft. Strange pricing policy, we stayed for 7 days but different nights of the week have different prices!

Easy to find and handy for a lot of activities. Breakfast was good value. Check in was efficiently handled. Nice place to have a quiet stay and a bit of a rest, right next to the beach. Cleaning lady was fantastic, the room was always spotless

Room no.18 needed a bathroom extractor fan. The chiringuito was closed & could have offered light lunches.

I asked for a kettle for the room but was refused as they were only available in the junior suites. This seems very short-sighted to me - I was told I could always ask at reception for some hot water but who wants to walk through the grounds at 3 in the morning for some water when they can't sleep? The fee of €10 per day for my small dog is high compared to other hotels' charges (the hotels I stayed in on the way down and back were half that).

This is a lovely hotel right on the beach. I stayed in one of the garden-view bungalows and found it perfect for my needs, I was approximately 50 metres from the beach and could see the sea from my room. Breakfast was self-service, buffet-style with fresh fruit (prepared melon and pineapple, plus apples, bananas and kiwis in a basket), bacon, fried eggs and frankfurter-type sausages, together with cold meats, cheese and fresh tomato slices. Everything was well-prepared and nicely presented.

Nothing was bad. The hotel was more than I expected as an 3 star hotel.

Beautiful location just by the beach. I love the interior and exterior as it reminds me of a mix of Africa/Thailand style. the staff was great. We had a glas of wine at the hotel in the afternoon and some tapas and decided to stay even for dinner instead of going into Tarifa. we were not disappointed. We ate the Tuna that was really good. They even had a fireplace there. So cozy.

The restaurant menu was a bit old fashioned. The kitchen was closed during a big part of the day. A place like this deserves all day snacks and drinks :)
