great location, very friendly and helpful staff, the apartment isn't brand new but everything is very, very clean and well thought out. shops, restaurants, etc. nearby. lots of free parking spaces around the apartment (in April).

The room could have done with a full length mirror & we could hear the people next door so walls were very thin but these are only small things & didn't bother us too much

The location was perfect right on the beach The apartment was just the right size for two people beds were comfortable & the staff very helpful especially Josue, the pool is lovely & there's a gate to the beach with a lovely walk along the boardwalk, the bus stop is only a short distance away so ideal for airport transfers

During evenings, when sitting on balcony you can smell a kitchen from a restaurant. No coffee equipment, moka etc. in kitchen.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect clean. Frequent towels and bed sheets exchange. Comfortable bed. Location by the beach. Quite during night. Small but practical kitchen.

Excellent location! I loved the white sand endless beach, the exit to the beach right from the apartment building's garden. Walking by the coast is a meditation on its own, during dark hours you can walk by the nearby walkway with street lights. The bus stop is in 2 minutes walk. Easy to travel to nearby cities, and airport - bus A32 - direct transfer. Spacious bedroom and leaving the room with kitchen. Great balcony with chairs and table.

Given it was self catering, it could do with more saucepans - there was only one. But we worked round it.

We did arrive early so our room was not ready. But Sand Beach Reception texted us, within an hour, to let us know the room was ready.

Sometimes the smell of the bathroom, but this is a general problem in Spain in my experience due to the old plumbing. And also the cleaning could ve a bit more thorough, but these are more less cosmetic issues.

Fantastic location, great communication, comfortable beds, but migjt be too hard for some, even the folding sofa is fairly large - 150x200 and relatively comfortable). Fairly quiet cosidering the central location, but thia was in October, cannot really say how it would be in peak seson. Very good price for what you get, but still bear in mind this is a budget accomodation.

Bathroom a bit small.

Nice, relatively spacious (for 2 persons) apartment with sea view and balcony. Staff very friendly and helpful, everyday cleaning. WiFi worked excellent, kitchen well-equipped. Restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby, old town of Alcúdia also in a longer walking distance. Lot of parking lots nearby, perfect starting point to discover the island by car. Would recommend.

Bathroom didn’t have a soap holder, we don’t use shower gel which would’ve had to go on the floor.

Sand Beach is a small apartment complex so very quiet. It was exceptionally clean and staff very helpful. It's right on the beach which is lovely. Lots of lovely restaurants all around the area. 20 minute walk to Old Town Alcudia.
