It's very expensive for what it is, with meals as an additional cost, so it ended up costing the same price as a whole week of other accommodation on the camino. It's a nice enough location but it's not as private as you might imagine from seeing the location on the map. The cabins have huge windows that look onto a foot path/car park by the lake where there is a very high footfall and everyone who walked past would stop and stare into the windows of the cabin so it ended up feeling quite uncomfortable and we had to close the curtains while we ate dinner. I assume it would be much nicer in quieter seasons.

The chef was amazing and brought a three course meal to the cabin which was really delicious. The cabin was very clean and the inside was lovely and the staff were wonderful. These cabins have great potential to be lovely but I think it's just a shame that everyone seemed to walk right past the garden and stare into the windows. Maybe when the cabins have been there for a longer amount of time, people visiting the lake will be more used to their presence there and stop curiously examining the cabins and their occupants.

No Receptionist- all done online. Not enough information about kitchen provided - there is a hob and oven as well as microwave. Information about accessing the unit and availability of food only provided on the day, not ideal for those walking 20km from the nearest town on the camino. Wrong code initially provided meaning that we were stuck outside in a storm for 20 minutes. Building site is metres from the units.

One of the showers had a blocked drain though the cabin had two showers so no issue. The manager said they would fix it.

The location is perfect for breaking up the Camino Ingles. The restaurant had a 0km degustación menú dinner available with prior reservation that we enjoyed thoroughly. Continental breakfast was available from 8:00 upon prior reservation. The facilities in the cabin made our stay very comfortable. Walking around the reservoir is very pleasant. There was also a swimming pool though it was closed for maintenance.

Nothing - wish I’d booked two nights! Breakfast could be improved.

This was my favourite place to stay all week! Right on the Camino route, these cabins were spacious, immaculate and with wonderful views. There was a wedding reception on but we were still able to get a pretty nice burger and fries and drinks at a separate bar so covered that well. Great pool also! This is one of those places that if you are doing the Camino it’s your reward for a hard days walking!!!

Too many visitors with their Dogs which we were always on the look out for our safety.

Everything was beautiful but the Cabins were just out of this world with everything so well decorated and with everything that every person, family needs. The view to the lake and Swimming pool were out of this World, their Restaurant was one of the best in the World.

The staff insisted to make online registration. I cannot understand why some people believe that everybody has a mobile phone and is willing to use internet during vacation. Online registration should be OPTIONAL.

Nobody on site to give you the key. You have a code to enter your bungalow after filling a complicated formular online. The person we contacted per phone helps you very efficiently to fill this formular and speak English as well.

The bungalow was very well designed, furnished and decorated. The king size bed is very comfy. The view outside on the lake is great. The restaurant on the place has upper standard meals, just check carefully the opening hours…..

Everything. The cottage was super nice and clean, the view of the lake is very relaxing. The food at the restaurant is of very good quality and tasty, with great vegetable options. The breakfast box was amazing (and very big). Beds were comfortable, there was everything you needed. Everybody very nice and helpful.

The only thing I could fault is that the bar/café next door closes quite early, before 6pm and to order breakfast you need to give a minimum of 24 hours notice. this meant that we didn’t have dinner or breakfast. come prepared if doing the Camino - everything else was absolutely perfect

The bad: nowhere on the booking listing did it say there was a required 100 euro deposit that they would ask you for after booking. Okay, that's fine, but then also you have to complete their long check in on their frustrating site that takes a long time to input all the passport info for every traveler. And a selfie of each. And a signature for each. It's really that you can't type in dates for every required detail and instead have to scroll every time to select the date that made it maddening. I also missed in the multiple emails from the property that the only food option is to request dinner by 3 pm. If you miss this email and are walking all day without service, you have nothing to eat and no way to get food until morning. Lastly, the water didn't work when we arrived. We were all exhausted and the property managers had us to go other cabins to check if there was water to help them diagnose the issue. I get that problems happen, but being hungry, tired and frustrated from an abnormally long check in... having to help fix a water issue was frustrating and not very aligned with a luxery experience.

The good: the location on the Camino couldn't be beat. There's just this place or a poorly rated hostel within 10 kilometers. The breakfast that was included was very nice!

We booked because of the restaurant and the swimming pool on site. Both were closed. Since we walked there, the owners had to send someone out with food, as there are no facilities nearby. Eco cabin sounds enticing, but there's a huge building site right behind it. Very overpriced for what was on offer.

This is not the place for solo pilgrims to sleep. It’s meant for groups or families. It was isolating and too expensive for one person. Pilgrims, eat here and keep moving. Also for being an “eco camp” they bulldozed the land all around the property! Didn’t seem earth friendly as the name would imply.

New buildings, very clean. Lovely lake/ reservoir to walk around.
