Room didn't have electricity for one night, so I was unable to watch tv or charge phone, but it was fixed the next day.

Hot food at breakfast very uninspiring

lovely size room adequately furnished good choice of english channels on TV. Balcony OK but view unimpressive. Good parking for mobility scooter.

This is a clean and tidy hotel everything spotless.The room, reception and pool area all clean and tidy. Staff are really pleasant, helpful and friendly. From the minute we checked in all staff were lovely. Really good position very close to the old town and short walk to the new town. We were B&B and it was really good. Plenty to choose from and lovely and fresh. Plenty of different types of bread, juice and choice of hot drinks. Everything laid out well and kept tidy and topped up.

Restaurant is buffet style so more of a cafe We arrived down a barrow one way entry lane only to find out we needed to check in first to get a card to open the parking gate. Advance notification would have been helpful While there was a coffee pod machine in the room no facilities for tea

I would have liked a smart tv in the room and an actual double bed instead of 2 singles pushed together.

The proximity to the beach and the old town was excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was very good.

The internet access was very slow and it was only after realized that it was provided by a cellular antenna on the terrace that it work at all. The antenna was attached to a portal short metal stand that had been placed in the corner and was facing away from any cell towers. Even after this, the speed of the connection was very slow. In fairness, I have been spoiled by a gigabit connection at my home in Connecticut. However, for you tech minded travelers. I did a speed test and the speed was 5-15 megs per second. That said, still loved the place despite some minor difficulties getting access when we first arrived. I suggest that the staff be aware of the issues with the antenna for the internet access.

The family room was much smaller than expected - a double bed and two singles with very little space left.

The included breakfast was great, wish we had lunch included as well (you can get yourself one for a fee). The staff was always helpful and ready to help. The added bonus was the activities on the hotel's terrace and around the pool.

Cleaners were noisy early in the morning shouting to each other across the corridor. One morning we had our door knocked at 8am for housekeeping.

Location of the hotel was excellent close to beach, restaurants, shops and bars. Good selection at breakfast which was buffet style. Large rooms and comfy beds.
