The bed and the furniture are from the last century, hard to sleep for two persons in one "big" bed. Not shiny clean, but acceptable.

No real aircondition. Very loud and noisy from the street and the other guests as well -:( The Apartment itself as well as the whole building is run down and needs refurbishment.

It was the only place available last minute. Location is not far from old town but the neighbourheod is not very nice and safe. The car park inside the building was helpful but he had to pay additional fee.

Screening noise from elevator very loud. Shower is desastre! No bedroom door. Bedroom only light the one in the ceiling. Garage is a cave. One elevator from garage to level 0. Another elevator from level 0 to the rooms.

my dad was bitten by bed bugs (we were a group of 4, in 2 separate rooms, each room came with 2x single beds). He was the only one affected, and that's really a bummer as everything else went really well

It had an oven but no pan to cook in. The shower was not fixed and wouldn't stay Iin place. The staff had to find us a plug for the sink so we could wash up. There was no powder for the washing machine. Some regular maintenance needed.

The staff were excellent. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. It was reasonably close to facilities and the Old Town.

The basement parking is narrow and you have to be a really skillful driver to fit inside. Or you need to have a small car. I drove an SUV and asked the reception manager to change my parking place because the one he gave me initially was impossible for me to park. An example is in the photo. The apartment itself is OK size-wise (we had two bedrooms and a living room) but it is not so clean and overused. And the beds were not comfortable: either too soft or too hard depending on which room you choose. The internet is rather weak. By and large, our flat asks to be renovated. And there is no parking in front of the hotel. You need to drive onto the pavement to go to the reception, get yourself checked in, and then drive to the basement parking (15 EUR per night). Overall, it's OK, but not for this money. On the other side, Bilbao is an expensive city, so I don't know if one can find something better for this money.

The location is good. The fact that it's an apartment with a kitchen is also good. The staff is excellent, really helpful and friendly.

no A/C. Dirty rooms, smelled like cigarettes, beds were not comfortable. Location is not for families for sure. 0/5 stars in my eyes.

The first apartment we got had dirty walls and curtains, wore out floor, the shower was blocked, no table lamps, TV control without batteries... a disaster. When we explained all that to the staff, they moved us to a bit better apartment but still, wore out floor and other marks but the worst was that the shower door fell out whist our daughter was having a shower. We were lucky that there was no accident. After fixing the shower door the following day, it fell again and we had to tie it ourselves.

We liked the staff. They were helpful and kind.

It needs a proper refurbishment; our apartment had the shower cabin broken and it was very unsafe to operate; the dining table looks old and the chairs looked terrible, ripped apart; the walls need a big lick of paint even the curtains were damaged. Whoever is in charge of this apartment needs the boot because for the price I payed I was expecting something better or definitely not like this. In spite of everything it’s still worth it as I have seen how amazing this apartments look when they are looked after. Bad luck this time?

Having stayed here before, we were looking forward for a comfortable pit stop. And it was very comfortable. I would like to give a special thanks to the security guard on duty of our arrival as he was great, he is definitely a great asset for the company. The parking option was very good too.

Cleanliness was not good. There was dust of almost a month under the beds. Beds were really uncomfortable. Furniture is becoming old-fashioned.

The apartments are really basic and many basic stuff for the kitchen are missing (no kitchen towels, bowls, salt, oil.....). No dishwasher either. Parking for 15€ fee.
