They don't provide any space for your luggage once you check-out. That was such a turndown for us!

I could not leave the bags in the lobby area. I think it was honest from them to let me know I could not do it, which I appreciate, but I would have preferred to have that opportunity.

Perfect location, the lodge is walking distant from many city landmarks and attractions. Very easy to reach it from the airport. Clean and very quiet. The check in worked very well and the online communication with the manager was smooth.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We had a very charming view to the back of some buildings, and it created a very cyberpunk atmosphere. Checking in was a very quick and straightforward process, as you only need codes sent to you online. The staff were very quick to reply on the phone to all of my enquiries.

The room was very small, and unlike the photos was very dark as it's on the 1st floor facing a small interior courtyard. This is perfect if you're not planning to spend time in the room other than sleeping, since it's quiet and dark. Photos are a bit misleading as the exterior shot is the beautiful building across the street. Also since there's no staff on site, it's not possible to leave bags after check in.

Great location. Easy walk to train station (10 minutes) and Guggenheim (less than 20 minutes). Quiet area, comfortable bed, good air conditioning. Good communication and easy check in via codes.

Everything that happens in the bathroom is good to hear in the room (if you know what I mean), but it’s acceptable because everything else is perfect.

The bathtoom is small and does not offer great privacy expecially the WC.... so you need to be partners or close friends to sleep here. I've found some hair on the side of the bed so it means that cleaning was done a little too fast with no attention. The insonorization of the windows facing the road could be better as after 7PM you can heat the traffic. In my opinion it's too expensive for what they offer and where they are, but I didn't find anything better for a booking done just a few hours before arriving in the city.

Easy to find and to get in. Parking was free after 8 PM when we got there until the morning. Beds are really big and comfy.

The room did not have any natural light. The small window went out to a tiny technical courtyard and mostly walls. But for our one-night stay, this was not a problem.

The room is well equipped and very well located. We appreciated the airco and the fridge in particular, as well as the good shower. The bed is also very comfortable.

This is a completely digital hotel, without a person. Even though everything is going well, the presence of a humans provides a more reliable feeling, especially when you return late.

The room is very nice, modern shower, there is a coffee maker in the room. Excellente internet. On the one hand, the location is good, not far from the city center (Pl. Moya), on the other hand, close to the train station, which is always not very safe

The room was ready around 16.00 and smell cleaning products very heavily. It is good that it was very clean but we couldn't stay in the room due to heavy smell. Since the windows were looking the common area the air coming inside didn't help because of no circulation.

The room that we got was like in the pictures however the lighting is totally different as there is only a blind window which you cannot really use as other rooms can see through it. So although the room is equiped with the basics and is modern white, it feels quite dark and claustrophobic.

The room is located close to the old center. Compared to other options in Bilbao, the price was very good. (Although after staying I wouldn't pay more, I would say it was a fair price). It is worth if you are staying for a night or two especially if you don't spend too much time in the room.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for two nights and we really enjoyed the apartment. Check in instructions were clear and the apartment was very clean. The bed was huge and very comfortable, room space was absolutely adequate (we were thinking it would be smaller). We did not hear any noise during the night. Shower surprised us with electronic touch controls but we really liked it.

The wifi stopped working after the first day and the walls were rather thin

The room was very comfy and well appointed and shower was excellent. The location was great from all the museums I wanted to visit.
