Begona was an excellent host who provided the most informative detail on how to access the place due to the late arrival of our flight. Also, information on how which bus to catch from Bilbao to San Sebastian. It is a pity we had only an overnight stay and missed out visiting the Guggenheim Centre which is closed on Monday's 🤔

It was not clear on Booking.com or in the hotel's description that this accommodation is actually an apartment that has been subdivided into three separate hotel rooms plus private areas for the owner.

The owner was very responsive and provided useful and detailed information.

There's really nothing to point out.

Location is superb, right next to Guggenheim museum and the room was very clean and comfortable. This is definitely perfect if you're planning to stay in Bilbao city center for a couple of days just like we did. You can take the bus from the airport and the property will be 2min walk from the first bus stop once you arrive in Bilbao center. There's also a really nice restaurant next to the property as well as some pretty cool coffee shops nearby. Last but not least, communication with Begoña has been wonderful!

The empty lot (under construction) next door gave the full access to a bar that had live music. It was loud but, with the windows and the bathroom door shut, it wasn't too bad. It was good music, I just wasn't in the mood. The bathroom could use a toilet paper holder (free standing or on the wall).

The location was great. I was only in town for one night, so I couldn't take full advantage of where it was but walked around the river, the Guggenheim, and easily took the Metro (just two stops) to the intermodal transportation center where I caught a bus to Santander. The bathroom was also very neat, tidy, and useful. The instructions you sent by email were not only useful, they necessary. It was hard to understand them until I arrived and then I followed them and all worked out. Thanks for the clarity.

Everything was perfect! The location is great, it is very clean and has all necessary facilities for a pleasant stay. The stuff was extremely helpful and assisted me with everything - from accessing the accommodation place to transport and meal tips. Very nice place, i recommend staying here. The bed was very confortable. Very close to the bus station to get to the airport. It is perfect for a morning flight.

The street outside is both noisy and bright, and there's no real way to shut it out.

The room is very nice and well decorated. I loved the transparent shower. Good location need the museum, the river and many hip places to eat and get coffee.

Location is excellent, just down the road from museum and surrounded by great eateries. Our room was bathed in sunlight, spacious and in a very quiet but central location. Our host Begona was extremely helpful with suggestions on day trips and places to eat. She is a wonderful host and we will return again. Thanks Begona.
