It is a little bit dark in the apartment during the day. But since we are most time outside, that wasn't a real problem for us.

The apartment is very good located, We walked to the Guggenheim Museum on foot. Also to the city center it is possible to walk or to go buy us or tram. The apartment is clean and has full equipment for cooking and laundry. Fernando is really helpful and gave us a lot of useful information in advance and during our stay, regarding traffic, where to visit or to eat. We had a very nice time there.

The apartment was absolutely spotless, beautiful and in the perfect location. Fernando was the perfect host, he provided valuable information about Bilbao, getting around, things to do, where to eat etc. It made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. The butter buns/bollo from the pastry shop around the corner was to die for! Thank you so much, we will be back!

The front door of the building needed a good push to close, but that wasn't a problem once we realised.

The host Fernando was incredibly helpful, sending information prior to the trip around transport and directions to the apartment. He was also able to give us information about the history of Bilbao and what was on offer for tourists around the city and beyond. The apartment was beautiful, centrally located and clean which we very much appreciated. There was some work going on in the building and the workers were considerate about start and finish times. Fernando was also able to take our bags propr to check in time so we had the freedom to enjoy the city unencumbered, which was great.

The apartment is nice and comfortable and the location ideal. The host (Fernando) was very responsive in our communication and also very helpful upon arrival.

It mentions a courtyard on the booking.com - small and uninteresting.

It was in a central location - close to the Guggenheim and the Funicular and River Boat Station. Close to the tram stops. Fernando let us in and explained where everything was in the flat, he also spent time exxplaining where we were in the city and the best places to visit. Flat was spotlessly clean and beds very comfortable. If going back to Bilbao I would definitely stop here again.

The location, nearly opposite the Guggenheim Museum was the reason why I have chosen for this apartment. But the distance to other museums and the old town is also not far away. Because the apartment was renovated last year, everything was new, very clean and so comfortable. Everything what one needs is in the house. Even a plug for the hairfohn NEXT to the mirror :-) I can really recommend this apartment and - also important - the host is very kind and gave us a lot of information about things to do in Bilbao.

Not a tremendous amount of restaurants in the immediate area, but a good selection within a 10-15 minute beautiful walk along or across the river.

Brand new, nicely decorated, easy access to most of Bilbao. There is overnight street parking available if you search a bit. The host has a tremendous knowledge of the area, from restaurants to places to go in the surrounding region. By all means ask him for a recommendation.

Everything was perfect.. the apartment was renovated and everything inside are new.. it is fully equipped for someone to stay more days.. For example, has all the cooking tools if someone prefer a homemade option and also has a washing machine and iron, for a longer stay, such as a business trip.. the location of the apartment is excellent because it is not exactly in the center where there is no parking spots but only 10 minutes far on foot. It is located near the "must-see" museum of Bilbao and closely to the underground too.. It's a perfect selection for all the tastes.. We had only 2 days there to get a good taste of Bilbao and the host helped us with many maps that he offered us and explained the most basic things that we had to know about Bilbao so as to begin our tour.. thank you very much for everything..

Smell of mold in one bedroom, no window with a view. Difficult parking.

No windows to a street or a garden. Only internal facilities of the building , the basement floor- all windows! Neighbours were talking from early in the morning, waking the whole building up. There were little or no fresh air in the apartment, because it doesn’t have windows that would look to open air.
