There is no privacy on the balcony because the walls inbetween are really low so that you can look into the room next to yours.

Very well located. The beach can be reached in 2 minutes walk and the shopping street is right around the corner. Very clean and super friendly staff!

Would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room and maybe more toiletries. Also we were a bit surprised you couldn’t hire towels for the pool and had to provide your own.

Overall a good hotel. Food was good, staff very helpful and friendly and a great location. Hotel was also very clean.

No complimentary water in rooms, but you can buy it right down in an adjacent supermarket.

Heart of the Cala Millor, very good location. Beach, shops, restaurants are all around. Beach is only 250m away, parking could be found nearby the streets. Breakfast, breakfast, BREAKFAST! BEST of the best, cheese, meat, coffee, cereals, fruits. Everything is crazy fresh and tasty. Buffet unlimited. Great sea front view, wide balcony with table and chairs,shower, A/C, clean bed dressing. The pool is spacious and cozy, with children area and jacuzzi. Gym is open Best option for Cala Millor!

Air conditioning barely works, they only give one pillow per bed, the reception messed up our car rental reservation, generally too expensive for what you get

There isn't any privacy on the balconies as the walls between them are so low that you can see in other rooms if the door is open. The wifi is a bit slow at times. No other complaints.

It was right next to the very nice beach and many good restaurants. Easy and free parking on the streets nearby. Breakfast was amazing with many options to choose and friendly staff. Very nice view from the balcony. The rooms were comfortable, there was even a mini fridge.

One member of staff from reception wasn´t helpful with issue what hotel had with washing machine. Also wasn´t very friendly. She also never smile

Food was brilliant. Very tasty and various. I would say best food range I ever had. Especially soup always delicious. Pool very good also cleanliness. Staff very friendly especially Paloma and head chef. Excluding one person i will mention bellow

The shower was changing the temperature suddenly getting very hot or very cold out of nowhere.

Noise, the walls are like made of paper. Most of the guests were unmannerly shouting and slamming doors after returning from parties late after midnight, speaking on speakerphone at 2am. Not mention the babies: as I can see there are no silent babies in Spain or at least in this hotel. All was crying and were in tantrums like they were not normal. Of course after 10 pm. Unmannerly like their parents.

The cleaning colleagues were very loud. We kept hearing furniture being pushed around. That was the only thing what we didn’t like.

The location was absolutely perfect, and view also was so nice to the sea. The breakfast was included in the price, and was very delicious. You can choose many tipes of food.

It was the second time we stayed in Biniamar. The hotel is old but our room was clean, the service was excellent, friendly staff, good breakfast and best location. We will definitely stay there again and again.

The reception staff didn’t know too much about things like where the local bus stops were and how to get to places. Also if you wanted a drink or snack by the pool sometimes it was hard to find someone to serve you.

The food was really lovely with lots of choice in the buffet and very good value for 12 euros. My room was nice and clean, the lifts were very quick and the pool was lovely. It was so close to the beach and the cafes and shops.

The internet is very bad, most of the time does not work, and dinner is very little time and employees are in a hurry to collect the dirty dishes from the table, sometimes leaves the table to get something else to eat, when I returned to the table my plate had already been collected. The rest was wonderful.

Very nice hotel near the sea and the main boardwalk. The pool is very good. But the staff are the highlights,very attentive and helpful.
