We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United KingdomCurtains didn’t block out the light, decoration is tired, no welcome pack for washing up etc as promised, not enough cutlery or equipment for cooking, base of the pool was coming away in flakes, no food served between breakfast and 7pm, weren’t allowed to extend check out despite our room not being cleaned before check in time.

Fabulous vibe in the evening with the DJ and gorgeous top quality food. Although some nights it got quite busy it still had a lovely calming, relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was lovely with a vast choice of options, something for everybody. Our room was clean with a lovely comfortable bed and balcony overlooking one of the pools. The location was perfect with amazing views of the sea, Binibeca Vell and on occasions the sunset. All the staff were very accommodating and friendly, nothing was ever too much trouble.

IrelandWas a bit dissatisfied with the room cleaning, they just changed towels, change bins and fixed the bed but the floor was still dirty and room dusty. I expected the facilities to be a bit more modern too but it wasn't a deal breaker.
The best part is the location, we had the sea view room, we also had the Binibeca Vell as our view right outside our room. We loved the DJ by the pool in the evenings, the vibes were super chill. The drinks and food were superb The 3 pools were highly appreciated as we went on a season of jellyfish so we got a good swim by the pool at least Staff were accommodating and the cute cats around the area were friendly too

United KingdomOur room (15) was ground floor with a small seating area. We seemed to be on a public footpath as people trooped past all day and into the evening to take photos of the view. Not very relaxing. Rooms 6 to 18 are all inconvenienced in the same way. A very strange, pointless kitchen area in the room that was unnecessary especially as they don’t provide any cooking utensils
Beautiful location, overlooking the Vell. The hotel has three pools and there were always beds available during our stay. Pool towels are available at Reception. Breakfast was excellent, so much choice. You can eat inside or out on the terrace. We ate in the Restaurant one evening and the food was very good. Nice atmosphere with a DJ playing background music in the garden. Our room was nice. Lovely sea view. Super large bed. Shower was excellent. Dressing area with good lighting.

Also no bottled water provided, and a coffee machine that you had to pay for capsules, but no kettle . Never had these things happen in a hotel before
