The bed was a bit too hard for us and I found the pillows uncomfortable so was in a bit of pain during the night. There could do with being more lockers to store bags in the foyer because when we arrived before the check in the 6 lockers were all in use. Thankfully the maid was actually cleaning our room and allowed us to store our bags in there whilst she cleaned and we came back later otherwise I am not sure what we could have done.

Very clean and modern hotel with a spacious room and outdoor terrace with loungers and shower. Bathroom was also spacious with a great shower. Location was excellent and safe. Easy instructions on how to enter foyer and room as it is unmanned.

It lacked the typical ambiance of a hotel. It felt more like having a nice, modern apartment in the heart of Valencia's city center. While not necessarily a negative aspect, it's important for potential guests to be aware that there's no reception or lobby area; only the rooms are available upon entering Blanq.

Rooms were beautiful, clean and modern, equipped with a smart TV, fridge, spacious shower and everything you'll need in a hotel room. The staff helped us storing our bags for free in a locker before check-in, which was greatly appreciated as it allowed us to explore the city without our luggage beforehand. The location is superb, right in the heart of Ruzafa, and within walking distance to all the sights and attractions Valencia has to offer. The neighborhood has great bars, cafes, and breakfast spots. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. However, for those seeking a traditional hotel experience with amenities like a lobby or breakfast options, it's important to note that Blanq may not fulfill those expectations.

I do enjoy places with self check in, and this apartment is just like this. However, our access code stopped working when it should have stopped. It was relatively easy to fix, but still something undesirable. Another issue is that this apartment has a common water heater with the neighbouring ones. And if you want to take shower in the morning, make sure to do it earlier than the neighbours :D Otherwise hot water ends and you need to wait for 30 minutes until it is hot again. You can live with that, but this could affect your plans, especially if they involved immediate travel or some time-sensitive business.

The location is very nice. I specifically booked an apartment in Ruzafa district - in my opinion it is the best in Valencia. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated.

The room was a bit noisy being on ground level right on the street, but fine for a single overnight stay.

Very convenient location, walking distance from the train stations I arrived at and departed from. No staff on site, but the check in online was very easy and smooth and I was given the access code to enter early and leave my bag in the lockers in the corridor, and the code for access to my room later.

There is no live reception, only virtual through WhatsApp. Although the staff was very helpful and replied quickly to questions, it could be nice to speak face to face. Also, the room could benefit from a bit more closet space.

The room was very light and clean. Bathroom very modern and also clean. Location in the middle of the Ruzafa quarter, which is not so touristic but very nice for drinks and tapas between the locals, is fantastic. Classical center is on walking distance, as are train and metrostations.

The fragrance in the cleaning products was very strong. The hot water tank must have been small because the hot water ran out very quickly in the shower. The king size bed was two twin beds pushed together so there was a split in the middle. The room size just seemed really tight and also it was first floor so we did have street noise at night.

We went for Las Fallas and it was in a good location for the festivities. We appreciated the daily cleaning and housekeeping was very nice.
