The apartment was small, but it had all we really needed for our stay! The location is incredible - everything is within walking distance, and the fact that there was a cafe outside the building helped immensely for those who cannot function without it first thing in the morning. Would highly recommend :)

You need internet connection to enter the room. Just pin code would have been more comfortable. We stayed for five days and the room was not cleaned during our stay. We also run out of toilet paper. You must use email in communication with the provider of accommodation (I did not see anyone in "reception" during our stay. There were some noisy groups in Welcomer Apartments. So if you wish to sleep well, this might not be good choice.

The only thing that I think they could have done which I have seen in many other places is to have a guest "book" which includes things like recommended places to eat, house rules, how public transportation works, a collection of brochures from the local tourist information centre. Also some truly local recommendations i.e. what the locals do and where they eat. Many of the restaurants in the old town are definitely very costly versus what you can find just outside of the old town. They could also perhaps negotiate with a local bar some discounts. But this is only to take it from great to superb.

Location was good and the reception by the local staff was also very good. The property was clean and exactly what we required for a 4 night stay. The keyless code solution is very easy to use and the communication between myself and the staff was timely and helpful.

We had a couple questions send to the hosts via booking messaging system, but were left with no answer. This should be improved. On weekends (Saturday, Sunday) there is nobody at the reception, so there is nobody to provide assistance if needed. Since we had a late night flight, we wanted to leave our luggage at a storage unit and collect it later, prior to our flight, but could not get an information whether this was possible. We had to walk around with our bags on the last day of our stay having in mind that check-out was at 11 a.m.

Location is the best feature of the apartment. Located in the very center of the Old City district, or Ciutat Vella, the apartment represent an excellent base for exploring Valencia. Our apartment included a kitchen and a living area with sofa and a separate bedroom with double, comfy bed. Entrance is provided via code, easy to use. One should be aware that the nearest metro station is more than 1 km away. However, this was not a problem for us. Early check-in was provided, which was very convenient for us. We entered the apartment at 10 a.m. instead of regular check-in time set at 3 p.m.

receptionist was supper, everything was great. Just window views, but it is in an old part of the city. so close to restaurants and tourist places. It was clean and everything in the kitchen. Definetely will book next time I am in Valencia.

Very cramped. Awkward staircase to get to bedroom. Tiny kitchen. No kettle. The safe was just standing on top of a cabinet - anybody could have walked off with it.

We had trouble connecting to the Wifi sometimes due to the signal being weak. Some areas of the apartment wouldn't even show the assigned network.

Everything was as excpected. The location was beautiful and quiet. The apartment was cozy, warm and elegant. We were three people staying in, and we didn't have any problem with the space whatsoever.

The best is location! The appointment was small but well organised and cozy. Stuff was very nice and welcoming. I remember to stay there for a few days during vacation. you want have any issues.

There was a very loud sound in the bathroom from the extractor which was annoying. The apartment was clean but it had dust, which we noted since we are allergic to it.
