All was amazing! Very clean, stunning decoration and design, easy check in and check out. And you can see the beach from the window. I will come back for sure!

There was absolutely nothing we didn't like.

Everything was just perfect! We LOVED the apartment, the decor and the comfort, the location was THE BEST we could ask for, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful whenever we had any questions. I can say for sure that our stay in Altea wouldn't have been what it was if we booked any other hotel/apartment. Thank you, Blue Sardine. We'll most definitely be back! 😍

If I need to say a thing it would be that on the pictures it looks like there is a rooftop. With a view. But it is only for People who booked a room. So that was a dissappointment.. The bathroom could use a small update.

It was really close to the beach. And not for from the centre. It was not too big not too small perfect for a couple or a single traveler. Easy access to the rooms. Friendly staff.

The Hostal is on the main road of the town and visiually difficult to find. there was no opportunity to stop my moto close to the door to leave my staff. I had to go further - 200 m- to free municipal parking and bring my bags back.

Very beautiful town to stay for some days and the hotel corresponds to expectations. El Hostal is just right between the Old town and the sea- front. To reach the church Nuestra Señiora del Consuelo you need to turn left going out the hotel and go upstairs 7 mins.

Loved the comfy bedroom! Everything was beautiful, a lot of special details. The location is amazing! One block from the beach and lots of restaurants and super close (around 3 blocks) from the steps to up to the historic center. Their host was super nice and willing to share some ideas to go around Altea. Definitely will come back!

Since there isn’t a reception area, I would expect more amenities in the room, such as a wine opener etc. Spray the room was extremely small with no desk, just one small chair.

Beautiful, comfortable, very central - lovely, welcome staff. Great bed, consistent wifi connection, big beautiful shower with lots of hot water. Free parking nearby - I would definitely stay here again!

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that the noise carries from other rooms above, I’m guessing this is down to the age of the building and ironically the features I liked - tiled flooring and bare walls! If it hadn’t have been for the noise at night the hotel would’ve got 10/10.

So much character and a really lovely room - from the tiling on the floor to the bed, tables, lighting fixtures! The staff member I met was friendly and amenable and really made a great room/hotel even better.

Couldn’t fault it.

Immaculate and delightfully quirky. Fantastic shower. Fantastic location. Staff very friendly and on hand but allow for privacy. Altea is a lovely bolt hole away from the buzz and will definitely be back. Won’t bother looking for anywhere else to stay. Blue Sardine ticks all the boxes. Well done.

Blue Sardine is located one block away from the beach and a short walk from Altea's centre. It is a cute little hostel with clean facilities, superb bed, and a nice bathroom. Automated system for checking in and out. Free parking information is provided. Even though our room was facing a busy street, we did not hear a thing once the window was closed. Very charming place.
