There was some trash under the bed of the bottom bunk (above me), during the night the person clearly moved in bed and when I woke up I had the trash on my bed.

Friendly staff, spacious common areas and rooms, the beds were comfortable too. Great location, easy to access from anywhere in the city center.

Bathrooms and showers need a bit of maintenance. Some of the appliances were not working, like showers or hair dryers.

The sound of the lockers under the bed were very loud, and I woke up a few times (and probably woke other people up) when they were opened.

Very clean, with a great common room and nice spacious beds. I really appreciated the free dinner too. They were very accommodating when I mentioned I had an allergy, and adjusted the dinner for the night after without me having to say anything.

The drawer from the bed, however, was extremely noisy since it is made of metal and seemed rusty. I prefer having a bracelet instead of a card, because the card is very easy to lose. The common area was not so open to meet people.

The bed was confortable and they provided towels. The location is great, close to main atractions, in the heart of Madrid.

Lobby area could be improved (more seats). The only cons is when you sleep with other people in the room, you get surprises at night like snoring very loud and going out from time to time to go to the toilet but other than that I´m happy I booked this place.

Although I'm sleeping with other people, the fact that there was a curtain I was very satisfied because we all need a little privacy. Locks were provided so no need to bring. Breakfast was worth it for 6€ you get variety of cereals, bread, croissant, doughnuts, cake, ham, cheese, egg with potato (typical Spanish) but was awful. For the beverage they have juices, coffee and some powdered drinks. Toilet was maintained clean which was awesome.

I'm ok with the following list, but I think it could be important for other travellers. There is only a microwave in the kitchen. And I think that I didn't't saw a fridge. It's not a social hostel so It could be a bit hard to start a conversation with other travellers. The showers failed a bit, so I recommend checking it beforehand. The outlets on the bed are a good idea, but the shelf is not big enough for the phone.

Very good location, near a neighborhood full of different kinds of pubs and restaurants. Fur example, close to it there is a Indian restaurant with a 13€ daily menu that it's quite good. Also there is a supermarket 3 minutes walking from the hostel. And a short walking distance of museums like El prado. The reception is open 24 hours so you can ask help any time. I saw that the cleaning of the showers and bathrooms are daily. I selected this accommodating with other needs in mind, but for tourism I think it's good. :)

Beds fairly noisy as plastic cover on the matress, shelf only half inch wide so useless. Bathrooms were not very nice. No fridge or kitchen facilities. Not a social hostel.

the bathrooms were constantly dirty, i know its the customers fault, but would recommend that they are cleaned more regular as theres so many people constantly using the bathroom

No full mirrors in either bedrooms or bathrooms. Reception kinda messy when there's too many people.

It's a decent place to just spend the night. They leave you a lock while you stay, although you have to leave a deposit for it and the card to the room.

Bathrooms could be much cleaner. They definitely would use some constant cleaning and some additional amenities for example hangers or functioning shower taps.

The hallways were clean. The receiption staff was good and helpful. I like that there was an elevator which worked fine. The breakfast area also served as a entertainment room/ second lounge for chilling and it was in ok condition.

The toilets weren't very clean, although I suppose to be expected in a hostel. The room was also insanely, uncomfortably warm during the night despite it being so cold outside.

The room itself was good value for money, decent bed, and clean. Location cannot be faulted at all - perfect if you just want somewhere to leave your luggage and rest your head at night. 24hr staff at reception so felt very safe.

Bathrooms quantity and cleanliness - The hostel was very crowded and In the mornings when all girls wake up and go to toilet and shower not enought cabins and space, and you should wait. Recommendation - to clean after 9 am when all girls disappear ))) so later visitors can enjoy cleaned space. No mirrors in the room, not enough mirrors in shared big toilet rooms, no hooks in the room for outer cloches and jackets.

Location is great. The hostel is at the main street and walking distance to major sightseeng locations. Staff is very polite and helpful. Quite good breakfast for additional price. Beds were comfortable and bed linen was clean.

Unfortunately there were students staying on the room next door, who were very uneducated, had zero respect for others and loud, but the staff offered to refund my second night, as these people were loud both nights of my stay and I couldn’t sleep, they kept making noises and slamming the door everytime they were opening and closing it. They were also invading the halls and bathrooms. I know this is mostly due to the responsible of the group and not the hostels staff.

I think this hostel has one of the greatest locations, plus the facilities are really well thought of. This time I stayed my favorite part of was the staff.
