Our room shared an atrium/lightwell and when windows were open we could really hear our neighbors.

Our desk clerks were so welcoming and helpful!!!! The location is near the church on a quiet, narrow street. The apt had a refrigerator, laundry, bike storage, and our room had a seating area so lots of room. We also had a fan, while it blew hard, it was nice to have. The room is terms of decor but it has lots of storage/horizontal space which is often difficult to find in rentals. We would highly recommend this place! The best feature was a 12pm check out!!!!!!!!

the second room booked was with a balcony and we were told it was “ not available “ and the substitute room was very very small opening into the air shaft. batteries had been removed from AC panel so you could not use it. “ not summer”. ok but it was 26 and high humidity . Hostess frankly a little grumpy and unwilling to discuss anything about the rooms but maybe that comes with the reality of dealing with so many peregrinos from so many countries…….maybe…..

Weak soundproofing, I clearly heard the guests next door talking.

Very kind and helpful lady at the reception. Clean and comfy room. Walking the Camino the free mineral water was a nice gesture. Perfect location for both the Camino and old town.

Very old hotel and walls not too soundproof, but comfortable and absolutely perfectly located. Right in the Camino trail. lots of restaurants and bars around and a nice supermarket just up the road.

There was a small cafe on site but the only time it was open when we needed it was when we checked out. We got coffee and for some reason the proprietor did not make us pay (which was nice). We had a problem later though when we received notice that we had left without paying the hotel bill. No one asked for payment either when we arrived or left and they should have had our credit card through Booking.com. We straightened it out and I emailed my credit card number to them. They apologized and said it had been a mistake on their part.

Location is in the historic center, right on the Camino. Very convenient. Room was small but comfortable.

cigarette smell wafting in rooms, musty towels and possibly bugs in room. we had to wipe everything down. very loud location, but I do believe it is a “celebrate into the wee hours” kind of town. hard to open windows in rooms

the woman who checked us in was more than welcoming and very helpful. They even gave us a bottle of water upon arrival

The bedroom just need to have some fresher looking sheets. Shower is very low , if you are at a height taller than 170cm you , shower head will hit your head.

The hotel is on the path of the Camino, which is good for us.There are a lot of bars and restaurants nearby. Staff member was very helpful.

terrible noise from outside at night, there were people on the opposite side of the bar almost until morning, singing and shouting, otherwise the hotel was comfortable, a beautiful old house in the center

Small room, not possible to open the window

There was an excellent restaurant 50 m away. The hotel is right on the Camino de Santiago, at the end of town. A bonus, the hotel’s cafeteria, which opens earlry, 6.30, in the morning

The room facing the street is very noise from the bar near by all the way in the next morning. The lighting wasn't enough.

Room not as described. "Balcony" is a window on to an interior patio where the windows of 4 rooms face each other but there is no access ( or view unless you want to look into someone else's room!). No minibar or safe as claimed.

The hair dryer was not working and the window facing into a secure courtyard did not lock. Small things which can be easily fixed.

A hidden gem. Looks are deceiving from the outside. Once in your room you are transported to an old world inn. The front desk staff at check-in was so helpful in arranging our baggage transfer.

Nothing really.

Again, the location was well placed on the Camino route and near plenty of great places to eat. The decor is "old world" and quirky. Comfortable bed, hot shower. My case was in my room when I arrived. Complimentary litre bottle of water in the room.
