The appartement was very nice, spacious. The location is perfect, very close to restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Just a short walk to the centre and the park. Instructions to enter and the communication with the staff are clear and they are very friendly.

64 steps to entrance. The balcony is entered by going through a door from the upper loft bedroom through a door approx 150cm tall (MIND YOUR HEAD!😂 ) Reviews have mentioned before that sunbeds and a sun brolly would be much appreciated but still nothing there.

The bath took a long time to fill but other than this, everything was ok.

Poor communication with the owners; the safe in my apartment didn't work and I asked for it to be fixed a couple of times but nobody came to look at it. Kitchen basics would have been welcome (it felt a bit wasteful to buy new oil and salt, etc. for a short stay); there were very few coat hangers given that the apartment sleeps four people; and the photos suggested there would be individual toiletries, but actually there was just some generic shower gel attached to the wall. Hopefully a one-off but, a couple of days before the end of my stay, the lock on the door to the street became jammed and there were five customers waiting outside unable to get in; for the remaining time, you had to give the door a whack in order to open it (I assume that has been fixed now).

The apartment was very spacious, and the attic room was cute and cosy (although not ideal for tall people given the low ceiling). The biggest advantage is the private terrace, and the location is great - there are historic towers at the end of the road.

The only downside is that the sleeping sofa is uncomfortable because it’s a bit worn out.

The apartment was on 4th floor and was difficult to carry our bags,and the washroom had some peculiar smell

We were 4 females and the location could use a bit more storage space in the way that for example in the bathroom you have 2 shelves ( one put quite high)but they have a big bathroom where they could put some more places where you could put your cosmetics and all. Otherwise there are a lot of closet space but no shelves they have a hanging bar but not sufficient hangers. Would be nice some shelves. Regardless this didn’t make our stay less nice, this could be used for future improvements

The location was perfect for us, it is walking distance from old town, market very close to the appartment, good places around where you can eat. We had a place with balcony as requested. We had ironing board and iron for clothes which was useful also🥰

This property would not be suitable for those who can’t manage lots of stairs. There was no lift. Hot water ran out quickly in the evening.

We loved the roof terrace. It had sun all day and a lovely view over an old church. The property had everything we needed and was lovely and clean.

Safe was locked so we couldn't use. No lift which was fine for us as pretty fit but less fit people or parents with buggys may struggle on higher floors

loft area is not suitable for tall people, for reference my boyfriend is 5”10 and had to duck down. I am 5”2 and could stand comfortably. upstairs bedroom not wheelchair accessible, and the apartment itself is on third floor without lift.

location was great, 12 minute walk from most popular restaurants and activities, grocery store less than a minute walk away. less then one minute from the botanical gardens. The balcony attached to the loft is beautiful and has a great view.

The shower was a good pressure however the shower head is split and water spraying out of the top.The hairdryer had no heat coming out of it whatever setting it was in so needs replacing. A welcome basket would be much appreciated when arriving late! No supermarkets were open but the water in the fridge was appreciated.

The apartment was clean and tidy and well kept Had everything we needed.It was a good location and a good price.

Nothing major,perhaps a long mirror out of the bathroom and better towels.Please don't change the pillows they were great!

Clean,bright apartment in great location for everything.Local transport is so easy to use.We went to the beach and to a neighbouring village on the bus,it was cheap and easy.Lovely to walk to the Cathedral and great restaurants nearby.

The 4 flights of stairs up to our apartment! Was not aware there was not a lift. Noise travels very easily, door slamming & could hear people in adjoining apartment. Woken up at 3.00am on at least 3 nights by rowdy people next door. Communication with Singular Stays was a bit sporadic, did not get replies to all of my messages. On our outside space there were 4 chairs, however 1 was broken. We were not aware of this until my husband went to sit on it & landed on the floor. Fortunately he was not seriously injured. The broken chair should not have been there - please remove or fix it.

The location was great, very central for getting into the City. Compact kitchen that had everything we required. Very comfortable bed in main bedroom. Air conditioning

Apartment was a bit neglected: dust in the corners, broken coffee pot, bidet not working, clogged bath.

Great location - just outside the historical center. Two nice balconies, one of it with nice street view. Very comfortable couch. Good arrangement to get the key. Good Wi-Fi!
