I liked everything about the property and would recommend to friends and family

The service was exceptional from Alejandro on reception, he made contact pre arrival and arranged a birthday gift for my friend, he was welcoming and friendly and is an asset to the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean and had everything you could need including a corkscrew and steamer. The roof terrace had beautiful views.

Wonderful boutique Hotel in a fantastic location of old town La Vegueta. Lovely continental breakfast or bacon, sausage & egg, fresh fruit, cakes etc. Turns into a restaurant too, English & Spanish Menu in reception. All the staff were so very helpful & friendly. I can't wait to go back. Thank you everyone : )

I was a little bit disappointed with roof top pool - which from photos looked very nice thing to enjoy , but it’s just a little square 70cm deep pool that looks more for kids . But it’s just a little thing , everything else was very nice

Not fault of the hotel but our room was in an very narrow inner courtyard. Very quiet until the second night when a couple came back very late at night/early morning,threw open their window and had a very animated conversation for an hour or so. The noise just reverberated around the courtyard. Even closing our window didn't help. Apart from that our short stay was lovely, especially the helpful staff.

Nice bathroom and I loved the smell of the liquid soap/body wash/shampoo The beds were comfy and the mini fridge came in handy. We loved the location. It's right in the old town and very near the bus stations and some very good restaurants

Breakfast limited. Cleaning a bit hit and miss. (Sometimes towels not replaced or the wrong towels left) Room a little claustrophobic. Didn't try the restaurant as closed on Sunday and Monday when we needed it!

This hotel is at a top location in the historic center, 2 minutes away from the cathedral. The rooms are nice and cozy with very good beds. Staff totally awesome: always ready to help and give good advice with a smile. Nice and quiet atmosphere. Lovely rooftop terrace with a view and and small pool.

At the rooftop terrace a couple of more comfortable sitting options would have been nice to have. I took a cushion from the hotel so it was better. The pool is not heated so we could not really use it in December. We would probably book without breakfast next time since the neighborhood offers a lot of options.

Amazing location, very quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds and modern design. The staff was really really friendly. The terrace is quite small, but it was never too full. The breakfast was OK, not many options and always the same.

Beautifully kept. Clean and comfortable. Bed, the best we’ve ever slept in. Silent air con. Pool terrace great with help yourself beer and wine! Fantastic staff who went the extra mile to make our stay memorable.
