This Hotel is new and located in the nicest area of las palmas. The girl of the reception is lovely, the bed is really confortable as the room in general. We had a really resting night in here thank you 🤗

Lack of warning about a party that they’d organised that went on until 3am despite there being signs that this was a quiet hotel after 10pm. Fridge didn’t work at all, (they claimed it was a cold box??). There was damp in the room from the corridor wall. Cost of breakfast with no choice was €15.

The buffet breakfast was extremely poor. Unattended, unreplenished and fruit flies over uncovered food. Also paid 240 euros for a room upgrade with balcony where the balcony was 30cms wide !!

Housekeeping was variable, with one staff member being obstructive regarding providing bottled water. Sheets not changed halfway through a weeks visit and we had to request this

Use of 'boutique' to replace 'small'. Room allocated was not as requested (OK but not same). Nice room but lacked USB sockets for charging. Breakfast service was terrible (actually NO service) - food average , staff spend whole time chatting in kitchen being closed door. Coffee machine not working. etc. Public parking only and longish walk with bags. (note that there are at least 3 Cordial boutique hotels near and directions easy to confuse!)

Noise from the open atrium, late evening and early morning.

The shower flooded the bathroom as the drainage was extremely slow - we told reception about this but nothing was done about it. For the price you pay this is not good

A lovely little hotel, comfortable and clean rooms. In a quiet area of the city. Our room was quiet and we were not disturbed by the restaurant.

Room smelled of smoke so had to move to another room. No coffee pods or milk in the room, fridge didn’t get very cold. Rooftop bar and pool had not much of a view. Breakfast was a big disappointment, was pretty cold buffet style, little choice. Not the best value really, similar hotel around the corner far better

Superb location near the old quarter, and plenty of places to visit and eat, if you choose not to eat in the hotel Reception staff helpful about visits around the island In particular Alejandro who was excellent Easy to find Room satisfactory , cleaned everyday

Our room was litteraly in the hallway and was really noisy (we asked for a quiet room...). We were not able to sleep before 1am due to the restaurant staff being very loud despite our various remarks (other clients were unhappy too). For the price we paid for the room this is unacceptable.

Same breakfast every morning. Very limited options. Roof top party was noisy with stomping above our heads on the Friday night. Had trouble falling asleep as a result. I Would visit again

The roottop pool is very small, not as it looked like on the picture. Also the rooftop bar is closed most of the time and is not really lively.

Because of staff shortages the reception service closed at 1930, the restaurant was closed and there were no bar staff in attendance. A free” bar was provided on the top floor but was so inadequately stocked that it was virtually useless. More importantly, when we called the help number out of hours to report loss of WiFi, we were told there was no out of hours engineer available to attend to resolve the issue. This raised the wider question of what would happen if other building faults were to occur. It felt unsafe.

The selection of the breakfast is very limited for this class of hotel. We had a room on the ground floor and we entered it the thermometer indicated 31deg C. We switched the airco on and it got cooler but switched it off for sleeping and the room got quite hot again.

It's a well located small hotel near the old center of Las Palmas. The room was nice with a very clean and nice bathroom with rain shower. There is coffe and the in the room and you can buy more a the reception. The staff of the reception is very friendly and helpfull (check-in and check-out)

-the rooftop bar was never truly open, no one was there to give you anything. Furthermore, they locked it every evening around 10 pm -the pool is VERY small, the pictures are misleading -one of the robes in the room had a big cut -the mini fridge in the room was mostly useless, it hardly cooled any beverage -they locked the hotel around 10/11 pm every night, you had to open it yourself

The breakfast was a huge let down. Seemed to get worse each day. We were there for a week and on some days only 1 or 2 other couples, so the selection laid out was very small, which I understand, but the offering was poor. A jar of muesli with no yogurt or milk offered (what were we meant to eat it with?). Stale cakes/pastries. No eggs (apart from one day we were offered an omelette, after asking, but never offered to us again after that). We asked for yogurt twice more, and another guest did too. Surely, simply a good idea to go and buy some yogurt if the guests are requesting it and there’s so few staying? The smell of drains in the hotel was strong first thing in the morning and last thing at night. When the front doors were opened to let air through, the smell decreased. Practically no welcome chat on arrival. No map or advice offered. Small things like offering to book restaurants etc, would have been welcomed.

When we arrived at 15:00, check-in being at 14:00, the receptionist was already checking in another couple, after their lengthy (and perfunctory with no information given about the hotels facilities, surroundings, check-out etc) check in was complete the receptionist closed reception for "five minutes", after a few minutes he returned and we started our own long, informationless check in. Once I'd paid and filled in the forms we closed reception again and were led to a room, the housekeeper then informed us that it wasn't ready yet - an hour after check in, we were told to get some lunch - at 3pm. When we came back at around 18:00 the room was ready, no apologies offered. The room was beautiful and the quality of the furnishings high. After the first night we went out for the day when we returned the housekeeper had been in but all that she had done was to change the towels, we didn't bother taking the Do Not Disturb sign off after that. Water and coffee was not replaced. Our room was on the ground floor not far from reception and the lift, there was a door separating our small corridor from the main reception area, the staff insisted on using a door wedge to keep that door open meaning that we could unnecessarily hear everything going on in reception. The pool depth is without exaggeration up the height of my knee.

Don’t waste money on a superior room, they are the noisiest rooms I have ever slept in. Book a standard room, they are on the other side of the hotel.

Excellent location, the hotel is modern and new, super clean, beds are very comfortable, pillows are great.
