There wasn’t any tea /coffee facilities in the room although you could get one from the breakfast room. Ordered a hot breakfast one morning which for the price was extremely small. Also no bar facilities

When I first booked it said the room had no bathroom. I did not realize I booked a room without bathroom. I upgraded for a small fee but interesting that they have such rooms. Might be good to flag to customers to upgrade when they message over WhatsApp too?

Very new clean. Great reception, really good coffee offered at check in. Staff cleaned our windshield and left a personal note for us. Reception gave some water upon check out too. A lot of personal touches thought through to make it a special customer focused experience. Great location as well. Very communicative over WhatsApp.

The only negative was the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in our room. Only hotel that we have been to worldwide lacking such facilities, but it is a minor complaint.

We had a great 3 night stay in this hotel- it was convenient, comfortable and clean but what made it really special was the staff. Everyone we dealt with was really pleasant and helpful, but one person stood out- Xavi who greeted us so warmly after a long challenging journey and arranged for us to get a couple of beers just as the bar was closing while he did our check in. He was helpful throughout our stay, when we had a small issue with the room, with excellent recommendations on where to eat and with lots of information about the city. We found him exceptional to deal with and a credit to the hotel.

Excellent breakfast beautifully presented with efficient friendly staff. Excellent location with secure parking. Receptionists were exceptional and went out of their way to assist us. A wonderful gesture..our windscreen was cleaned and a kind note left on our car. We have never experienced such service.

Beautiful and modern hotel in the city center of Granada. Outstanding service and very friendly staff. Spacious rooms and great breakfast. 24/7 offer of fusion water, coffee and cookies. Parking garage directly attached to hotel.

A good hotel really close to the centre of Granada. The rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet, and built around a central patio. Comfortable beds and a good bathroom. The central patio was a nice place to relax and always had tea, coffee and pastries available. Reasonably priced and good value for money.
