Spacious apartment with a good balcony overlooking lovely pool area. Great location just round from square. Bedrooms at back so no noise at all and great AC. Can recommend!

To be honest everything was worked and looked well, but some things could be exchange ar refresh, but for this price it's ok.

Booked Apartamentos Bressol Deluxe in December. Localisation is very comfortable. I can confirm 100% description on Booking true. Owner Avelina is very nice and helpful lady. I can reccomend.

This place was huge. Far larger then expected great quiet location to start out our bike rides too. We went at the start of Nov this proved not only to be great value but the area was nice and quiet to rest up after a day in the saddle. Still a few restaurants and bars open so the town wasn’t entirely dead too

Lovely clean very spacious apartment in great location next to the main square and close to the beach . Pool and wifi both good. The host Avelina was very responsive and helpful.

The beds were not that comfortable. The wifi was a bit hit and miss, and very slow. But this didn’t really matter to us as we didn’t really need to use it.

The location is excellent. The apartment was really clean and spacious. We only had a short break but it had everything we needed. We loved the pool area too which was also kept extremely clean. Someone seemed to be cleaning it most mornings. Avelina was extremely quick to respond to what’s app messages and her communication was excellent. Very friendly meeting on arrival too. We will definitely return to these apartments.

The aircon works well. The hot air from the three units comes out into the balcony. Best to switch them all off if you are sitting on the balcony otherwise it is noisy and hot. Not a big problem.

Great location near the main square and pine walk. Large free car park and free on the road parking next to apartment. Good size apartment, with balcony with table and 4 chairs overlooking the church, school playground and square. Mountains in the distance. Lovely pool. Plenty of sun beds. Well equipped kitchen and utility room. No dishwasher but everything else you could need. Washing up liquid and tea towel provided, Pegs, drying rack etc. Wine and snacks provided as a welcome pack.

A bit tired and dated looking, needs a freshen up

Beds were super comfy, air con was perfect, towel changes and clean 3 times in 10 days, Avelina great host, sorted transfers for us, pool area lovely, plenty of sun beds, great location

While clean some areas were a little tired. We were unfortunate in that there was building improvement work going on outside but this will be finished now.

The apartment was very spacious, clean and fresh-smelling. It was so close to the centre but not too noisy either. It was nice to be able to sit by the pool on sunny days. There was a washing machine and detergent/fabric softener available. The shower was good and it was nice to have Netflix. It was good to have the option of the air conditioner although we actually used the heat option as we had some mixed May weather. Veli was polite and helpful.

The facilities in the apartment building could have been better. There was no reception desk and no safety deposit box that I could see.

I liked the location, we were close to the main market square and to lots of cafes and lovely restaurants and shops, and not too far from the beach.

The cooker was a bit weak and struggled to boil pasta on the hob. This wasn't much of an issue as we ate out mostly. Things like dishcloths, panscrubs weren't provided so I had to buy these to wash up, but I think this may have been an oversight as other things were provided which usually aren't such as powder/conditioner for the washing machine, four big beach towels, pool toys, and cling film/foil for sandwiches. If you have small children the pool is quite deep 1.2m - 2.5m however its fab for older ones, and is bigger than most apartment pools so plenty of space.

Great hosts, very communicative. Lovely pool/garden area with sun loungers. Deep pool so good for diving. Reliable wifi and Netflix/Amazon. Great location just off the main square and the balcony had views across to the church. Lift to all floors. Clean on arrival and towel change midweek. Communal areas and pool kept very clean - saw the cleaner most days. Large free car park a minutes walk away and Spar opposite for food shopping.

The location was perfect for group of cyclusys, 5 mins from main square and port. Loads of places to eat.

ADVICE...Thought the outside of the building could do with re painting as a bit shabby looking and didn't give a good 1st impression but its April so maybe will be finished soon, bathroom ceiling needs painting as a lot of black mould due to poor ventilation. Petty stuff...maybe some cushions n tea towels.

Very spacious, close to beach, shops and restaurants. Nice pool area with plenty of sun loungers. We were very pleased with apartment when we stepped inside.Bonus having Netflix etc. Well equipmented sperate kitchen. Bathroom seemed to be newly decorated n very modern with large walk in shower. Lovely view of the local church. Lots of lovely local walks. Fantastic market every Wednesday in court yard beside apartment n every Sunday in Pollenca(7km)walkable or local bus.

Bedrooms are a good size, but we just found the beds too hard.

This was a great location for the town and 5 minutes from the marina. The property had a lift which was great for our elderly mother. We enjoyed having the view over the church and main square. The property is next to a play area where the local children meet and play football so there is playful noise. This wasn’t an issue for us. The apartment is well appointed with washing machine, tv etc. And there is a large balcony. Avelina met us on arrival and let us know when the cleaners were coming in, which was twice during the week with fresh towels etc. There’s a Very clean swimmers pool which is in a private walled garden. A nice touch was the nibbles and three bottles of wine in the fridge for us.

For us tea lovers one very slight niggle was having no kettle. Also some of the wall plugs didn’t fit the adapters and had narrower pins, not really sure why? The side bedroom is opposite a bar which is a little noisy at night. Saying that, there were so many more positives, I would definitely return and would recommend it to anyone.

Large 3 bedroom apartment with separate kitchen and dining areas. Two bathrooms, one en suite. Comfortable beds. Very comfortable sitting area and useful balconies. Small problem with WiFi was sorted by host. Overlooks a green area, play area and church to the front. Very clean and well equipped. Nice welcome pack of wine and snacks. A short stride to the beach and many bars, restaurants and shops. Also good location for anyone wanting a walking or cycling holiday. Also thoroughly recommend Mallorca SUP company! Used the pool only once but we prefer the sea. Lovely host who also picked us up from the airport. Thank you very much!

The bathroom is looking a bit tired but it is clean and has a great shower with good water pressure.

Great central but quiet location. Pool was a good size. Very clean throughout apartment and pool. Good kitchen equipment including kettle,toaster and teapot ! Also, sharp knives provided. Very good communication from Avelina. Nice welcome pack including 2 bottles of wine, some breakfast cereal, sweets and milk in the fridge.
