Room layout not ideal, as no room to pass between the bed and the chair. No kettle in the room.

Breakfast was a standard buffet but little disappointing (why can't Spanish hotels cook bacon?)

Location is very good. Enjoyed sitting in the small pool area, with a cold beer, watching the beach and Prominade. Pool terrace has comfortable reclining chairs not sunbeds. It is in the sun most of the day (shade from umbrellas if wanted) and was never too busy. Benidorm is Benidorm, quite and relaxing in places, but loud and hectic in others. Hotel Brisa is situated in the former but not too far from the latter. It is small by Benidorm standards but all the better for that.

Just one suggestion please: try to consider providing, for lunch/ dinner at least water as a drink for customers. I understand other drinks, but at least water and everything will be amazing at your hotel.

Exceptional breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The diversification of food was amazing, the food was so tasty. The staff was very friendly and polite, especially Cheryl- a big Thank you. We enjoyed Thursday night's barbeque, the dinner next to the swimming pool, and the music, were so nice.

Our air conditioning didn’t work for the first day and night leading to a very sweaty night. We had issues with the toilet not flushing and had to tell reception. Breakfast was not great and very crowded with tables very close to each other. Swimming pool was very small.

Location was fantastic, rooms were cleaned daily, staff were helpful and friendly.

Found it a little strange that many passing people came in to the pool area took up the seats and used the pool for an hour or two then left? The seating is quite limited anyway. There was a singer at night around the pool but always sang in Spanish.

Excellent location right on top of the beach and in the middle of restaurants and bars. Food was very good.

The one thing that makes me angry as hell is the smoking in the hotel. The hotel and rooms are non-smoking, yet from downstairs you can see everyone smoking on the terrace. You couldn't open the window to ventilate because the neighbours were smoking like a chimney all day. We also called the reception, nothing happened. It was the same with our friends on the other side of the hotel. It's not the hotel's fault, but you have to take into account that the area is not quiet at all, the music and singing shows last until about 11, and then the party goes on until dawn. Finally, between 3 and 4 in the morning, the drunken English troops start shouting themselves silly. The window is not soundproof.

The hotel is simple but great, clean, the rooms are cleaned every day, the staff is nice, the food was not boring in a week, the breakfast could be a little more varied, not always the same. The Thursday barbecue is a very good idea, crabs, fish, meat in all quantities. The air conditioning and wifi worked well, the beds are comfortable and even the pillows are good. The view is also very nice, you can see the city in the distance.
