You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandRequested a double bed, got two singles which normally wouldn't be a problem but they didn't fit...we couldn't close the bedroom door because they took up too much space (2 x 3ft = 6ft whereas a double is 4'6 which would have allowed the door to close) Difficulty finding the apt first night as its separated from the other 10
Location, close to beach, shops, restaurants and bars. No kettle in the room but the reception arranged one in 5 mins for us. Nice pool area but we were in apt no 11 which is not around the pool (access via stepping stones)

Absolutely fantastic. Been visiting matagorda for several years now and this has been my best stay without question. Edith on reception has been fantastic. So much so I managed to extend my stay for a few days more. I will be hopefully be returning next year (if availability is there)

Nice small complex what we prefer (just 10 bungalows around a shared pool. Basic accommodation but comfortable beds. Cliose to the beach and just beside a shopping centre. Very friendly and helpful staff. We will be back.

IrelandWe only had one key between 3 of us which made things a little awkward as you needed a key for the gate too which was always locked. I was under the impression when I made the booking that it had a double and 2 single beds but when we arrived it was other way round which was a little awkward. However they were very helpful in giving us extra bedding for the very comfy couch.
The bungalow was really clean, quiet and comfortable. Just a stones throw from shops bars and restaurants. Would recommend it to adults looking for a quiet holiday.
