Pool was the cleanest I’ve seen in my years of travelling, rooms are basic but have everything you want, staff are very friendly helpful. Location is great all in all a lovely complex that I will definitely be going back .

Pool bar not open for later night drink/food. There is a gate that closed early but was good for cutting down extra walking. The apartments could do with a facelift in the bath/shower but for me they were fine.

Location, price and quietness. Security seemed fine, pool area was large, two lots of washing machines so don't need to take lots of clothes

No air con and not enough equipment for cooking

Fantastic only grievance way too hot in bungalows no air con night was unbearable heat released back.into rooms could not have windows open as no screens or shutters for mosquitoes needs more pans etc for self catering cooking

Windows could not be locked on vent, you had to keep it either locked or completely unlocked; the facilities are a bit dated, with cracked sink in bathroom and no plugs, broken sunbeds, breakfast options are minimal.

Good location, swimming pool and jacuzzi was great, friendly and helpful staff.

I came during the heatwave and no Aircon , and as a solo traveller I didn't really want the windows open so was very sauna like in the room

A bit run down all over. facilities in room were quite worn and unkept. Toilet seat had been repaired and has crack marks on it. Mattress was stained to heck when took covers off for checking out. Shower head was needing renewed as hose coils were loose and cracked. Cracked / half missing tile in the rear patio which could end up sore if caught on foot at right angle. Rooms have no sort of AC/ ventilation system so rooms are verrryy warm. We had to use a AC Fan from our family member who stays in Fuertaventura and had it pointed on us whilst sleeping. - ceiling /wall fans would be perfect for these apartments. (Keep all windows and doors open through day for natural ventilation) Swimming pool shower by pool was nice and warm although the shower tray tiles had a lot missing and doesn’t look great.

The pool area was brilliant for adults and kids, the pool looks amazing with the white and brown colours and the Greek style hot tub pool bit was lovely. 2 euro beer at pool bar. Washing machine tumble dryer available on site for 3 euro. Close to Caleta town centre, Quaint little apartment with rear patio and French doors also had table and chairs with 2 loungers. Showers in room had brilliant pressure although shower head was on its very last leg

Expecting a basic apartment for the price but there were so many broken little things or not working things that would have been easy and cheap to fix. Also 5 cockroaches in one day too many. Obras in front of the terrace a pity but not the complex's fault. Lots of other empty apartment away from the building would have been nice.

The pool and overall ok. Had a great holiday regardless of the apartment.

Good location for everything. Spotlessly clean. Very relaxing and peaceful. For the money we paid was great. Bit tired and basic but had all you needed for a nice holiday.

At first the bath with shower with nothing to grip to get in and out as we are older people. But was kindly moved. Airline noise and roadworks were a bit inconvenient. Needs a upgrade

Liked that it was a little bungalow and quite apart from it been on the flight path into airport and roadworks outside. Very near centre. Beach, bus, cleaning and change of towels and beds every few days. Good for the price. Very accommodating when asked for walk in shower instead of bath with shower.

Fantastic location, lovely staff, cleaners came every other day, beautiful pool area with huge pool, nice apartment with terrace. We were able to pay extra to keep our room for longer on departure day which was very convenient.

No toaster and petty basic cooking facilities if you wanted to self cater while here. Wardrobes could do with upgrading.

Constant false advertising, examples: upon arrival each guest received a flyer with the layout of the facilities and what they provide. 1) heated pool - wrong, water was very cold 2) free internet- well there was internet but it took nearly 4minutes to load up a news page (sadly not an exaggeration 3) late checkout €10 - wasn’t available either. Also had a special guest in our bungalow: cockroaches

The wifi wasn’t that great and the bathroom wasn’t the best but the place was awesome overall especially if you’re spending the entire day out at the beach

Amazing location, we are college students who traveled here for the first time and loved how close the location was to everything. Easy to beach or the town and all the other guests were very friendly towards us!
