Apartments are dated, wifi is rubbish, being next to town at night it's very noisy,

Apartments are next to town, so there is no need for taxis. Apartments are clean

Renovation work was going on which was annoying as work commenced far to early and disrupted sleep

The location is perfect for accessing everything. Guy at pool bar is very warm and welcoming.

On our first day we arrived at 9pm. Which they where informed previously before arrival. Got there no one was there with no reception just a number to call and a what's app messaging option Rang both numbers constantly and messaged till 4am in the morning. Still no answer. Lucky for us we stayed with a friend. The next morning still no reception open. We met another couple that had the same trouble. So they checked for a empty apartment and showed us a method on how to get the key. Which if there was one in a box outside the apartment then just use that one We did that and got lucky Still no reply from management at all When I did get to talk to a maid they advised it was not their problem now. I don't think she was being rude as I say it was a communication issue. But if we had no one else on the island that night we would of been on the streets

A did notice a big change here this time 1 ,,, we could not get in2 apartments 2 ,,, we could not get by the gate to get to reception for phone number on door 3 ,,,, tried phone number on the gate at entrance nothing just kept switching my off 4,,,, another lady who was staying came and let us in past the gate so we could call number on reception door then nothing at all again 5,,, a resident appeared from no where and asked if we were ok told him the situation and he called someone if it wasn’t for this person we wld have been still standing 6,,,, still no reception open following day,, had to go find a wee cleaner to ask abt safty deposit box and WiFi 7,,,, which she did help all through phone and in Spanish and a had to say yes or no 8,,, pool guy was brilliant needed any help he was great but before 10 am and after 4ish that’s you has only time he was there 9,,, checking out no where to leave your cases etc you have to be out for 11am no good if you have a late flight only knew this as went to shop for more water cleaner came in at 11,15am told my husband you want to stay longer no getting picked up at 5pm no you have to pay 20euro or leave put your key in box at gate!!! 10,,, need to be someone at reception at nyt time for arrival a already told well wrote to host regarding my flight time etc but no response always had no bother what so over just seams to be since it’s been taking over love that place aswell but need to update staff

Smell in toilets was disgusting and made us feel sick.We had to buy a few bottles of bleach and use them all day and every day of out trip.

Just not knowing the house number and emergency numbers. But the latter was solved for future guests.

Ura properties look after these specific houses in the Montecarlo complex. Bit of difficulty figuring out which bungalow was ours as we weren't given a number for our arrival, which was very late and reception was closed, no information for us on the board at reception as these proprties are run separately, so just picked the house that was open ?? Thank god it was the right one! Besides that.... Nice touches compared to older houses such as new very comfortable mattresses and clean fluffy towels. Good comfortable night sleep, once you don't mind the noise which stops at 2am anyway! Property owners were very helpful after we had a misfortune on our holiday, came immediately - not sure how they were contacted, and offered assistance and promptly inserted emergency contact numbers the next morning. Juan in the Montecarlo pool bar is an absolute Gentleman. He assisted us Massively in our hour of need and called in to us daily to check in, helping us with a lot of things, which was not at all his job, just a kind human being with a big heart, even though we rarely went to the pool bar (which is fantastic) . Please give him your business! Definitely recommend booking with Ura Properties. Just make sure you get a house number before you land :)

Apartments are looking a bit dated and pool area needs work

Excellent location for beach bars and restaurants. Apartments are on two floors with a longe, kitchen and toilet on first floor and two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs, not good if you struggle with stairs. Juan who runs the pool bar is amazing and food is good and cheap

A little noisy at night but you are right beside the amenities so to be expected ,on the last night a very rowdy group moved in to the apartments next to us, not the owners fault but annoying to have these idiots cursing the top of their voices and kicking the door and ringing the doorbell , right next to us at 4.30am I don't know what can be done for that .

Pool cold, not so much sun on terrace

It was really noisy...loud music till past 2am in the front bedroom...and the constant noise of the swimming pool motor in the back bedroom,I got no sleep...No reception staff so asked lady on phone if I could change apartments ,she said no. Got no sleep, beds not comfortable.

Terrible customer service. Couldn't get access to room. Nobody came with the key to our room. We arrived at 20.30 pm so pls avoid if you have a evening flight as we had to stay elsewhere as nobody answered the phone or what's app number provided. Still no response or refund after getting back to them so many times
