Nice fiendly staff. They were extremely helpful and the fact that the hotel had a car park made everything very easy. The metro station was just a short walk away so getting to and from Valencia was simple. Thanks again. I'll definitely be back.

As stated above but we would still go back.

It is only a short walk from the property to the metro straight into the heart of Valencia. We have stayed here before (and would do again) not really a hotel more a room.Local shops and cafes are very close. It is easy to find with sat nav. The communal areas could do with some attention, customers could help by cleaning up after themselves. The motorbike was safe and secure in the grounds.

We traveled in a group of 3 persons and we had a room with proper beds for all of us. The location is a little far from the city center, but very closed to metro, bus and tram lines. Location is very quiet and you can rest after a full day. We had cleaning every day. Staff was nice and we needed them only at check in. I don't know if there is any food available at the property, we didn't needed. There is a coffee machine with very good coffee.

Gaining access ,public holiday rang as requested to give time of arrival got no answer,called en route,no answer, called on arrival several times before we were answered. Had to send picture of passport before gate and room key codes were sent to us.to achieve this we had to request WiFi from a near by hotel.once connected on what's app we received very good service from the lady via her husband who spoke English.However the overall experience was very stressful. It would’ve been good if there was a kettle in main reception so we could make a hot drink from time to time.

It was very clean and comfortable, the air conditioning and TV worked well and we had no issues with WIFI or hot water.

I needed an invoive, but I succeded to have it after few days due to the lack in communication. The room was a little bit noisy.

Facilities in the room, the hotel style. It was close to the location where I needed to go each day. The host was very nice, not taking into account the bad communication in English.

It says the room was soundproof but you hear other guests throughout the property so could be noisy at times with doors banging and people talking.

There where some footprints on the bathroom floor (probably from the cleaner).

No staff ever at the premises and once you got inside the car park area no sign indicating where the reception / entrance door was. 'Just go through the white door' but hard to find and not signed at all. Need an 'entrance' sign at very least.

Great little hotel on the outskirts of the city. Our room was really spacious, clean and comfortable. The free secure parking was great and I even used the outdoor fitness equipment which was an added bonus. The location is good, only 5mins walk from the metro and just 15mins into the centre of Valencia.
