The staircase was quite steep and the steps at the top not ideal but this did not detract from our enjoyment of the property.

5 minutes walk to a supermarket and 10 minutes from the centre of Sóller. A wonderful outdoor terrace and pool area.

Nothing really - we asked Carmen for some blankets as we were a little cold with one sheet which she delivered almost immediately -

Great location. Pleasant stroll into town where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. Good supermarket just a short distance. The pool was great as it can get very hot. Well equipped, spacious rooms, fabulous outdoor kitchen area.

Minor point, but it would have been great if there had been some charcoal for the outdoor oven.

The photos don’t do it justice, the house is large, comfortable and well equipped. it’s in a great location about 5 mins walk from the centre. And Carmen helped us with everything we needed. a great home at a great price.

No fault of the host but the taxis found it hard to navigate to the property.

Very clean, modern and comfortable house with an incredible view. All the facilities were in great working order and very easy to use. The house was very spacious and easily catered for the 6 of us.

This property was exceptional and home away from home for our adult family. Everything you need very close by. Bus stop, supermarket, restaurants and beautiful shops. We stayed to hike and had a wonderful base to hike and relax. Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday.

rent is high and no welcome basket. parking is super hard and location is incredible hard to find, not on Main Street, even google can’t find it.

Small things missing in kitchen equipment: we used the barbecue a lot but there was no brush to clean it, the electronic coffee maker was very slow, and we missed a sharp knife to chop vegetables.

Peaceful location, near bus stop (M11 Soller Sud) and supermarket, access to walking paths. Outdoor seating area great for our family reunion. Good small new swimming pool (we read older reviews and were not expecting this excellent quality). Friendly hostess reacting super fast to our questions, providing fresh oranges and a surprise treat. Spotlessly clean rooms. Well equipped kitchen (important for us as we prepared most meals here). Views to mountains.

Big and stylish house with good amenities

The house was perfect for our group - with plenty of space for some to "work from home" and others to enjoy the holiday. The location - although seemingly close to the main road - was not (as some have said) impacted by traffic at all. The road up to the house was narrow so this made access challenging but fine for our Corsa and meant that there was no passing traffic. And the owner sent videos of the route to the house so we knew in advance what to expect. Soller is a great base for walking around the Mallorcan mountains; we did several walks from the house, including a fabulous walk to the Port for lunch and a swim and return by tram.

Actually nothing bad

It is really big appartment, enough space for 6 people and a huge garden. The apartment is just a few minutes walking space to the town and it's really a lovely area. It's a great spot to do a day trip to Deia or Port de Soller (both really recommended). We stayed for four nights and would not have mind to stay longer. It's a beautiful town and environment and great places to eat.
