Room was a little warm and we couldn't work out the air conditioning. In the end we just opened a window.

Great location for exploring the pinchos bars. We were lucky to arrive when Cristina was on reception. She recommended a great place to eat for our wedding anniversary and then recommended and booked us in for some wine tastings in the Rioja region. She went back and forth with a few wineries - her customer service exceeded our expectations.

Poor facilities in rooms . No ability to make tea or coffee . Very limited space to congregate or relax in the downstairs area of the hotel . No bar where we could have met up with friends who were staying in the same hotel.

The decor was very dark and dreary. No pictures, dark purple. One not very comfortable armchair and one awful stool type chair for the desk. A lovely old building but rather depressing.

We have stayed many times at this excellent hotel over the last seven years. The staff are always helpful and friendly and the rooms comfortable providing everything you need. When they say mini bar they mean mini bar and not just full of water which is welcomed when you have travelled all day. The hotel secure parking is a bonus and it is ideally situated for the many delightful Tapas bars and restaurants at lunchtime and in the evening. Also it is so central to the many sights and shops.We love visiting Logroño and making our stay at Calle Mayor.

Ideally we would have had a room on a higher floor as were were woken up by a delivery in the street but we had the door open. Apart from that minor issue this was our favourite hotel on our trip back from Southern Spain to the UK.

The location to explore Logrono was perfect and we found the hotel easily in the car. We enjoyed a very friendly welcome and they were very helpful with recommendations of where to eat and how to enjoy the tapas bars. Our room was wonderful particularly for the price we paid. It was large, light, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was huge with a great shower. We liked the option to use the hotel garage, it was tight with a VW T-Roc and I wouldn't want to put a much bigger car in there but it was ok if you go very slowly!

Breakfast was good but expensive. Our room had a view of the back of other buildings.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel location is excelent, right in the city center. The room was comfortable, the bed was great and the area was very quiet. There are a number oif restaurants nearby and there is a public parking lot very close to the hotel.

Lovely hotel,very clean and shower in particular was a bonus-walk in and roomy!! Staff were attentive and helpful. Loved the proximity to the tapas bars which were a short stroll away. We'll be back!!

No room service. Modest breakfast.

Nice and cosy, very kind staff. Quiet at night. Excellent shower. Good-sized rooms. I went with my mother and aunt and they gave us rooms that were next to each other in a floor that only had two rooms, so we felt very much at home! In the heart of the old town, close to the Cathedral.
