Chairs on balcony were cheap uncomfortable plastic - had to take comfy chair from room outside Paintwork wasn’t great in places - there had been a leak in bathroom and mould around inside of balcony door Music /entertainment was too loud at times

All entertainment stops at 10.30pm. No music or anything by the pool which also only gets the sun until just after lunch. Damaged balcony and awful smell from the drains in my room.

The food wasn't the best quality in certain dishes, the cakes were all the same filling and other dishes didnt really vary much day to day. But honestly there was a good selective range of everything so you found something you would eat. Also when we arrived there wasn't much information explained to us about everything, the things to do at night were not that great in terms of entertainment Bingo was the only thing that we would have done but we found out about it too late because there is just a mural on the wall explaining what happens each night. If we had of got more information explained on welcome we might have joined in more of that.

This was our first experience of an all inclusive holiday, I liked the easy access to the spa with included sauna and jacuzzi. I also liked our room had a balcony.

The food is honestly the only downside we find of the hotel probably hence why its a 3 star, limited choices, Warm ham for breakfast etc.

We like this hotel due to its proximity to the water and airport combined. The staff are honestly so friendly and helpful and are always smiling. The indoor spa and pool is easily accessible.

Only tiny downside is the food is very basic. Classic all inclusive stuff really. Not bad just not amazing.

This is the second time I've stayed here now. I love the location of the hotel. So close to the airport, far enough from Palma that it quiet but close enough to get there in a short taxi ride. There are also plenty of bars, restaurants and activities close to the hotel and a beach a short walk. The staff were all lovely as well

The main seating area is too echoey, when everyone is competing to talk to one another over the sound of the entertainment.

They gave us a room that wasn’t exactly like the one in the pictures and it was not well cleaned and really close to the restaurant and to the stairs so it was quite loud all the time, night included (but that mostly because of other disrespectful guests coming back late in the night screaming). We also asked to change the room because it wasn’t clean enough, and they told us it was not possible, so at the end we had to stay 2 days and we just gave up. But I would not come back for a longer period of time, because it’s not the best place for couples and someone’s looking for a quiet environment. Also, we didn’t use the Spa unfortunately because it’s open only until 19 and when you’re there for a weekend, you’re not going to stay in the hotel during the day.. so we would have appreciated to go there in the evening.

The food for breakfast and dinner was quite good, so I would say in general it was a good deal. The hotel is in a good position if you want to stay for a weekend and not far away from the airport and the city of Palma. The staff is kind and even though we didn’t like the room, they’re always smiling and nice to everyone. The last day the receptionist booked us a taxi at 3:30am and everything was smooth, we didn’t have to do anything!

Finding cutlery was sometimes a challenge! Evening entertainment was not that great. Indoor pool/spa often had more than the maximum it stated.

Clean hotel with the usual facilities. Decent sized, comfortable room, plenty of hot water. Food was plentiful with lots of choice but not always great quality but adequate for value for money.
