Beds not particularly comfortable, very noisy room to room, could hear someone snoring in another room. Checkout was 11am, maid knocked 9am, 9.30 & the 10am to see if we had left so she could clean.

The breakfast menu was average, no gel was available for the people entering the restaurant, and the baguettes were not covered with a cloth to stop the people from touching the bread when slicing it.

The breakfast menu quality was average but with a good variety of items. The staff at the checking counter were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

We were in a bedroom next to the lift which was quite noisy when going up and down. I would not call this a complaint as I did request a room close to the lift due to mobility issues, if i returned I would ask to be a couple of rooms away.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. The pool is huge and crystal clear. Room was spotless and spacious with an excellent shower. Free parking as well.

Had key card problems on a few occasions which seemed to be an issue for some guests. Staff very helpful here.

The bedrooms were a little cramped and the beds very firm. Cambrils town was a 3km walk from the hotel which was a bit too far for an evening stroll their and back

It is perfect for a family holiday and offers a lot of activities. So, if you are looking for calm and silence... I requested a change of room since mine was just next to the show stage and it was difficult to rest and the staff solved It fast.

Room a bit dated - bathroom already updated, but could have more storage Room for 3 was fairly tight. Not enough plug points in room No balls allowed in pool - although organised ball game was allowed? Perhaps a family game hour where balls/inflatables allowed Kids club - didn't feel we were approached for our son to join in

H10 needs to check their beds for bed bugs, because every one in the hotel had bites all over there body’s and we didn’t see many mosquitoes in the room anytime I got bitten was when the sheets were over us , other than that they hotel was very clean staff were excellent

We were put in the probably the only room that had the worst view possible. looking onto the road but our view was overgrown trees so basically we could not see anything.

Pool was excellent,was cold when getting in but once in was good. Sun beds was plenty available and easy to have. Very close to a beautiful beach so was a great location for me.

No water provided in bedroom. Staff overstretched at reception, long waits for service at reception. Staff behind bar not very friendly. Not enough towels in room for three people, long delay in getting an extra towel from reception.

The rooms are exactly as I remember from our last stay 4 years ago. Maybe a little tired, could do with a fresh coat of paint. Otherwise very comfortable and cleaned daily. The TV was a little temperamental, but we didn't use it much. The bathroom light after 10 mins turned into a bit of a disco, we did report it but it remained the same. Made for an interesting shower :)

As a single parent travelling to H10 Cambrils Playa I was confident we would have a great time, this our second time staying here although be it 4 years apart! Excellent, smiley, friendly staff. The animation team Oscar & Ali are fantastic, they really made an effort with Olivia even if it was slightly out of season. The reception staff are really helpful and again really make an effort with children. Great location, a stones throw from the beach. Great sized pool, if not a little cold however it didn't stop my 6 year old spending lots of time in it :) The pool towel service is great, fresh pool towels everyday. Lots of choice on the Full board buffet. The icecream station was a favourite of Olivias :) One lady in the restaurant particularly was lovely (not sure of her name) she would patiently wait for our room number as Olivia would try and remember it in Spanish. Thank you to everyone at H10 Cambrils Playa.... Happy Memories made :)
