Great location, staff were very helpful and went far and beyond to get us to the airport on our last day after being let down by the taxi company. We love this part of the island and would definitely be back to stay to at this resort again.

could do with some railings at steps for elderly visitors and better lighting at night along corridors. while apartment very clean , we’ll equipped and comfortable I wouldn’t describe it as “Deluxe”. That was the only disappointment.

staff were very welcoming and helpful in dealing with any issues that arose promptly. All were very friendly . I had overlooked that there weren’t any lifts and without requesting we were relocated to a ground floor apartment to accommodate my elderly mother. Though we didn’t use the bed settee it seemed better quality than the hard ones in other accommodation we have stayed in

When we arrived at midnight the sleeping sofa was not made up. And I missed a watercooker to make tea.

Wonderful bungalow, clean and spacious. Location ons fantastic, lovely restaurants in the neighbourhood (we loved True), easy to park, Gloria at reception is very sweet and the pool is great with enough beds.

area has become very quiet, not the hive of activity it used to be ( pre covid ) sad to see but fine if your happy to taxi to busier areas ( San Antonio or Ibiza Town ) they’re restaurants and bars within walking distance but still not really busy

Could have done with a double bed (rather than 2 singles pushed together) which would have added something extra, the mattress was quite firm. Not a massive problem but something that would have added to the quality of the hotel. Access to beach (not hotels fault) is not ideal for anyone with walking difficulties down quite a few steps. The pool bar was only open until 15:45 and had limited stock of ice creams for kids and drinks for adults. Price is a little bit more than what you should be paying but this is Ibiza and if you don’t pay that little bit more you’ll probably end up in and amongst the young ones in a lively place not suitable for kids. only very minor points that stopped me giving it a 10/10.

We were a party of 2 adults and 3 kids aged 2/8/13. Excellent location 1 minute walk from a lovely little cove beach, several restaurants nearby with a couple of small supermarket type shops. plenty of space around the pool with no rush for sunbeds and no need to get up at the crack of dawn to get a sunbed close to the pool. we got down to the pool at around 10:00 with plenty of sunbeds available. The pool also didn’t seem to have a closing time that you get in larger hotels with kids often playing happily in the pool at 21:00 (and very quietly too). This was a welcome addition and one that kept the kids happy. The main pool is a decent size, small kids pool perfect for babies and toddlers, plenty of room around the pool including a grass area where you could lay if you wanted more space. We had a 2 bed apartment on the ground floor that had direct access to the pool which was a decent size with 2 decent sized bedrooms, all the amenities in the room you need with a good kitchen area. Air conditioning in all the rooms was great and a welcome addition in the 35 degree heat. In a quiet area approximately 20 minute walk to San Antonio bay, the hotel is a little gem, friendly staff, good facilities and in a great location for families with small kids.

The apartment was perfect for a family of 4. Super quiet, clean, and had all the necessary things. Breakfast was excellent. Although we did not use the pool, it looked great and a lot of people enjoyed it. The neighborhood is quiet and there's a beach 2 blocks away.

just a shame the bar/shop closed so early at 4pm also please consider putting a dark strip on the edge of the step coming out of the LaCie’s restroom in reception! my daughter couldn’t distinguish there was a step there and she badly took a chunk out from the back of her heel which needed steri strip stitches

music around the pool doesn’t create a nice vibe and it’s not relaxed at all. would be nice to have a proper pool bar that’s inviting to sit at during the day.

The rooms were not exactly soundproof as you could get every movement from the room above, and anyone walking along the corridor outside. Also there is not much in terms of restaurants and evening entertainment in Port Des Torrent compared to other parts of the island. This isn’t the fault of the hotel but it would put me off staying here again.

We loved the pool area, which was spacious and always had free sun beds. There was a baby pool and a big pool for everyone to use. The apartment was spacious and very clean, with a well equipped kitchen and large balcony.

Nothing I can think of , getting a taxi was a bit troublesome but that has nothing to do with where we stayed , just an island problem.

The pool was a fantastic size our 2 girls had an awesome time . We were only there 3 nights but was great value for money.

Beach good, buses 50 yds to everywhere, hundreds of restaurants on the strip just a walk away. Buses to the airport to San Antonio & the beach. Get the number 9 bus outside the airport straight to your hotel in Port es Torrent or any where in San Antonio 4 euros. Reception staff at Camelina hotel super helpful.
