If I am really picky: One corner there the wall had some stripes. But other than that: This hotel is very well maintained and radiates hospitality.

Very large rooms styled with an Italian gentlemen's vibe. Nice desks in the room. I worked from my room and it was agreeable. Nice comfortable beds. In other hotels, this would be a suite room. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and was worth 5 stars, with options for vegans and vegetarians. They had fresh orange juice, and another fresh smoothie as well, next to the other beverages and even cava or champagne included in the buffet(didn't take it so can't say exactly). Superb service. I got an upgrade to a sea sight room, which was gorgeous. The bathroom was in stone but had floor heating. I had the feeling I had value for my money and would without doubt return to this hotel. without doubt

The pool is very large and looks beautiful but tiles missing and degraded grouting in areas. Problem with towels placed over pool chairs by people who never seem to be there using them, making it almost impossible to sit by the pool.

Big room with large very comfortable bed and lovely balcony overlooking the pool. Breakfast was superb with a fantastic range to choose. Great pool service / dining area.

the quilts on the bed and the pillows werent very comfortable. pillows tto soft and not enough of them and they individual quilts werent ideal

the pool attendants were extremely helpful and accomodaton. my Dad is disabled and we asked for a higher sun lounger which they produced for him every day. the staff are allways ready to lend a hand with regards to my dad nothing is ever too much trouble

Management was made aware a number off times that too many people put out towels in the morning. 80% of sunbeds by the pool where reserved by 10 am and then not used for hours. They confirmed that it’s against hotel policy but were not willing to do anything about. They explicitly said that they want to avoid conflict and it will soon be over. Food in the pool restaurant was not of high enough quality.

Very friendly staff - not counting management. Great breakfast with regard to range and quality. Even though the property is somewhat older it’s well maintained and very clean. The rooms are redecorated. Air conditioning works fine and can be adjusted and switched off per room.

It is a 5 star hotel but not a luxury 5 star hotel. There was a big golf charity event on the evening we arrived which made sitting on our garden terrace impossible. A large group of German golfers had a pool party the following day. Also the bedding could be upgraded. The pillowcases were not big enough for the pillows and it wasn’t clear if the pillows are changed between guests. In the current environment the pillowcases should be upgraded or the pillows washed after each guest.

Great location, short walk to the beach. Hotel restaurant was very good too. Good size rooms and the ones with the garden terrace on to the pool are v handy.

No Room Service, no water in the rooms and when you called and asked for they told us to come ourself to the lobby and collect. For the breakfast and Dinner you had to reserve in advance to get a place - we paid for breakfast in advance so if the application told us there is no space available we just lost our breakfast?

My room was nice but dark. Room had view to the golf field but it is covered with trees, that’s why we had mosquitos and not enough sunshine to the room, meaning won’t able to dry fast our swimsuits. Room service menu was limited consider hotel has three restaurants. Kids club, unfortunately look like after thought. Our 3,5 years old son wasn’t interested to stay there at all, normally he likes all kind of playgrounds and kids room, new toys. but there everything looked so unattractive.

I liked pool area very much, I liked beach which is just 10-12 minutes walk from the hotel. My room was nice and clean, has good space, I like to be walk free in the room, big bed and sofa bed for our 3,5 years old son. Service through out was phenomenal. Breakfast - very good, both quality and choice!!! Kids club: staff there was very nice and lovely!

Limited poolside food choices and the spa treatments were very expensive at €105.00 for a massage. But, still really nice with wonderful staff.

Breakfast was beautiful, with a full range of food choices. Clean, relaxed and friendly and attentive staff. our room was a pool facing room with a 3 occupancy, including balcony. Really clean and well maintained with towels, coffee machine and complimentary soft drinks in the mini bar. The pool, again indoor and outdoor, excellent.

couldn’t fault it at all. would definitely recommend it and hope to return . the only thing I would say is there was no kettle in the room to make tea but there was a nespresso machine . to park in hotel car park is 15euros per day but there are plenty of spaces outside the hotel.

The cleanliness , hotel was immaculate, loved the decor too. Staff were so attentive, friendly and helpful. I had the best spa treatment I’ve ever had , thank you to Simone, she is so knowledgeable and was very intuitive. Breakfast was superb, plenty of choice for different dietary requirements. Food in hotel restaurant was fantastic too.
