Restaurant closed before stated time Room very hot, no aircon working Breakfast said it was included on form but we had to pay for it in the morning. Very hard to find with Sat nav because of lack of signage

I have no complain to report.

This is a very good hotel to stay if being close to the airport is important. The room was comfortable and clean, there was coffee/tea in the room and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The bus to the airport is just around the corner, a bust ride of about 7 minutes. There are many place to eat near the hotel.

Beds could have been more comfy and the external noise insulation in the rooms could be improved.

The winning point here for me was that the hotel is very close to the airport. So it was very convenient for us to stay a night as we had to fly the next morning. Staff was very good and the drinks at the bar were reasonably priced too!

The food in the restaurant is very poor. pitifully bad. served without a shred of attention. We also had to wait an hour for our grubby chicken leg with bare rice.

The bottom of the tub was all encrusted, and to avoid getting wet outside, there was a curtain. From the booking room, it was supposed to be a shower. The beds were two separate ones and moved a lot between each other.

Sat evening only offering snack menu. TV on bedroom wall sticking out at shoulder level.

Proximity to Palacio de Deportes Stadium within 10 min walk. Member of staff very helpful and booked taxi for us back to airport. Breakfast had variety on offer.

More modern decor in the bedroom and bathroom, as above. More space in the bathroom to set toiletries.

We chose this Hotel because it was very close to the Martin Carpena sports arena where the Davis Cup Tennis tournament was being held. Airport was very close by. The room was adequate for our needs, pleased to have a courtesy tray and kettle, although it would have been nice if the room had been a little more modern - there was a sliding door into the bathroom which was not running very smoothly, didnt close tightly. Window opened wide which was very good. Very little space in the bathroom to set toilet bags. I liked the hotel use of liquid soap - very environmentally friendly rather than using little individual bottles - well done. Room was very clean- much appreciated.

Our room was a little dated and basic. We came back from a long tennis day on the Saturday to find the restaurant closed lucky we knew the Nostrum outlet was open but another 10 mins walk.

The hotel was convenient for us as we were watching the tennis.

Bed uncomfortable - one flat small pillow. Plain ugly furniture. Paper cups. Overpriced for what you get and therefor poor value for money

It was very proximate to 2 busy roads and the traffic noise was intrusive all night long and particularly as we like to have a window open. The evening food was not of a good standard and the breakfast range was basic.

Convenient for airport and Martin Carpena Stadium.
