How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

It was a little small for us, not for long term needs and the wifi was as strong as needed for streaming videos.
The location was away from crowds but we went off season. There was a nice patio/outdoor area for eating.

Location, is a bit far from village/beach, not a walking distance, car is needed

There is not much close. Without a car you can't go nowhere. But if you are fine with this trailerpark it's all good.
Nothing special but it had everything we need, it was clean, the Pool is nice and there is nothing really missing.

Ants.... Lots of Ants. It's a camp site just a bit out of town so you need a car to get off site.
Lovely accomodation with best Aircon .Nice and clean. Big pool.

Pool water was a bit dirty. Coffee in the bar is terrible.
Perfect location, 10 minutes to all the best places. Kind animators, kind workers, very professional lifeguard in the pool. Activities for kids.

quite large camping ground with a large selection of bungalows from the small for 1/2 people to much larger for families. we had the small “cube”. yes small but with all the necessity; AC, bathroom with an excellent shower and plenty of hot water, and a nice deck with table and chairs. We only stayed one night but it’s in my list for a next trip to Costa Brava. The restaurant offers several options for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I would recommend without hesitation

The wifi was non existent at our chalet. It seems like ours was new and put in place at a corner to add more bungalows. And no mobile network too which made it impossible to have any connectivity.
Restaurant was good. Play area for kids.

there is a highway near and you can hear it. our place was alright in this regard, but some houses are closer to road. also. asked at the bar for water in my water bottle (for cycling) and was given boiling hot water. burned my mouth later. no bien :)
the camp has lots of trees and shade, and a very relaxed vibe. It has a bar (though bad service and the place smells bad) and a small shop as well as table tennis table and a basket/football court for kids. generally very clean and well kept.

The cabin was not cleaned, dust was everywhere , The Restaurant inside the camping doesn't really deserve the Title Restaurant . We have ordered a Paella from wich we took two spoons of Rice and that was it for us. A big plus was the bier and Juice (the so called cook didn't Touch those) .

The options in the restaurant were not enough, especially for breakfast. I was only 2 nights in there but if I stayed longer, I would find an alternative.
Employees were so helpful with everything. Our room was comfy and the bed was much better than expected. I had other plans what they did some events in the camping.

We only had some temporary issues for the electricity but I'm sure it was a short term problem that they solved.
The camping was beautiful and peaceful, our small cube was lovely and the restaurant also: we ate there for dinner and the food was abundant and really good, super convenient price-quality.

it is right by a main road so a little noisy in some areas, although you couldn’t hear the road from our bungalow. We had hoped to hire bikes and bike to local beaches but the road is very busy and not suitable for children to bike on.
very clean accommodation with everything we needed, really nice pool that we used ever day, staff very friendly, great local beaches but you need a car to reach them, altogether good value!

The only way to get out of there safely is by cat cause the place in on a main road.
The room was very nice and the staff super nice. I loved how big is the pool.
