Guillermo is the best. He is friendly from the heart and not because he has to be. Breakfast was very good. The location is central and good if you want to see as much as possible from the island. 10 from 10, would recommend :)

Everything, the location, the room, the massive breakfast but mostly the amazing host Gulliermo. He was an absolutely great example of the perfect hospitality, he called you always by name, gave us the perfect tips on what to do during the day trip in the island and spent always few minutes to chat about anything. Ahhh how to forget that he provide you a beach ombrella and a cooler for your day on the beach. He is a superstar. Grazie

We liked everything, especially the breakfast which was exceptional. The owner, Guillermo, was a wonderful host, always available for us with good conversation, advice on what we could visit and with updated information about the places we wanted to see on the island. He was very flexible with the breakfast time and even provided a packed breakfast when we wanted to get up early to go to the beach or to the airport. He also provided us a cooler and beach umbrellas, free of charge, when we arrived, everything just to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The place is ideal if you want to explore the island because it is in the middle and you can reach any part of the island relatively quickly. Also, it is great for experiencing the charming life of a traditional picturesque Spanish town. We were lucky to stay there in august when there are fiestas almost every evening, especially around St. Mary's Day, with many cultural events such as traditional dances, live concerts and theater. We loved it and we recommend to everyone.

The room was really spacious with a big bed and a very nice bathroom. The views from the room were gorgeous, facing both the patio with the swimming pool and the hills in the background, beautiful way to start the day. The breakfast was very tasty with more than enough food, a lot of variety and good coffee. Last but not least the staff was really kind, eager to help and offer counsel and tips about the island.

Nothing negative to mention

Our stay at Can Serrete was just great! Guliermo is such a lovely and caring host and person. Very friendly and professional. He prepared every morning the most amazing bottomless breakfast, with local products, and a very tasty home made tapa which was different every day. He checked on us on a daily basis to make sure nothing was needed and helped us planning our island exploration with the best “Majorcan” tips. He also guided us with the restaurants choice in Sineu with a very detailed list of options. Guliermo speaks multiple languages which made it easier and pleasant for myself (Italian) and my partner (English) to engage in conversation. The room provides all the comforts, daily housekeeping and a very comfortable bed. The island is beautiful and we will definitely come back. Can Serrete in Sineu is a great spot if you like a lovely calm and historical town, right in the middle of the island, only maximum an hour away by car from any destination! Our trip to Majorca has been such a beautiful experience, but Guliermo definitely contributed to make it special and unforgettable. We will surely miss his breakfasts and Can Serrete. See you soon again for sure!😃

what’s not to like? room was big and lovely. Guillermo was an amazing host and the breakfast was the best food we had in Spain! I highly, highly recommend that anyone new to Spain stay here especially if you have children. Plus Sineu is in the centre of Mallorca and so easy to drive in all directions from there which is what we did. we rented a car and each day with Guillermo’s expert advice, he would plot sites to visit on a map and off we went. amazing experience.

The breakfast was amazing, rooms were cleaned very well every day and all the tips we got about the island and dinner were spot on, exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of free parking spaces around the accommodation. Location of the accommodation very central with regards of Mallorca. The little town Sineu also very nice and lively, especially during the evening.

Our stay at Can Serrete was amazing. Guillermo is the heart of the hotel and he really cares about his guests. He was always there for us to give travel advice or any help. The room was super clean and the breakfast provided was fantastic. We felt very welcome and will definitely come back here one day.

Our host Guillermo and his team made us feel like home throughout our stay and were always there whenever we needed an advice regarding the attractions to be visited or if we needed something else regarding our stay with Can Serrete. This hotel is a family business and the host is taking care of all the details you need (e.g. we were provided with a cooling box to store our water during our warm days which was an excellent choice since we couldn't bring ours). Guillermo or the spirit of Can Serrete, as we called him, is a very kind person and is the author of all the beautiful paintings you'll notice throughout the property. His personal touch can be noticed everywhere starting with the very good and tasty breakfast :-) which he prepared for us each morning and which we highly advice not to miss. The hotel is located in a walking distance from the old part of Sineu. Restaurants are also within a walking distance. Free public parking was available nearby, just behind the hotel. Our room (Formentera) overlooking the pool and the garden included exactly all amenities as described here on booking (1L kettle, 2 glasses & 2 cups for coffee/tea, tea, bottle of still water refilled daily, a small fridge, 32" flat tv with cable tv, wi-fi with enough speed to watch our favorite online tv series).

The owner provides exceptional service, he’s really friendly and goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. Breakfast is freshly prepared and the best we ever had in a hotel, and with a lot of food! The facilities are clean and modern. Location is really good if you want to go to multiple spots of the island since it’s in the center, and the owner can give you amazing tips of places to go for all kinds of tastes. The small city where the hotel is located also surprised us with a vibrant and amazing central area, with wonderful and accessible restaurants recommended by Guillermo. One of the best hotel stays we had ever.
