Nothing to dislike: a perfect holiday apartment that, in actual fact, would easily double as a 5-star primary city residence.

Beautifully appointed, large apartment with high ceilings and a great view over a leafy green square in the old town. King size double bed, TVs in both living room and bedroom, large bathroom with excellent spacious shower; kitchen was well equipped (induction hob and microwave, no conventional oven) and dining/breakfast area didn't intrude on the sitting room area. Felt very luxurious, not least because of the access to the rooftop terrace with loungers and chairs, and views of the cathedral's golden dome. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly.

A perfect spot located on a gorgeous green plaza in the heart of the old town. The staff were lovely and friendly, with plenty of local recommendations for dining & sightseeing. The laundry downstairs was an added bonus.

Everything! The minute we arrived we knew this was very special. Greeting from the host, beautiful airy entrance, pretty plaza, gorgeous space, beautifully decorated. The rooftop terrace was wonderful for breakfast and relaxing after walking around town. Grocery store close by and Bakery next door too! Thank you Niclia and Jessica for a great first visit to Cádiz.

Apartment spotlessly clean, every need catered for, very central. The roof terrace was extremely comfortable. Fantastic shower. Bikes available on request. This was one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in and would thoroughly recommend to anyone staying in Cadiz. You will want for nothing from these brilliant hosts!

The beautiful Plaza de Candelaria outside our window got a little noisy in the evening as the neighborhood families let their children play, but it became quiet after sundown.

Nidia was wonderful. The apartment is beautiful with better bathroom facilities than my own home. The kitchen was perfect and very modern, as was the entire apartment.

The location is great. It’s located in a gorgeous square. A pastry shop next door and supermarket 30 meters away. The apartment is beautifully decorated. Laundry convenient on ground floor.

Another fabulous stay at Candelaria10. The hosts were warm, friendly and welcoming as usual. The apartment was spotlessly clean. All modern comforts and facilities whilst maintaining an authentic Spanish feel. Amazing location at the heart of old town Cádiz . We enjoyed taking breakfast on the roof top terrace .

The place got all what we need, laundry at the basment, near to market and very well located. we stay there for a week and really will recommend it. Only we have problems to park our car but the person from the hotel let us know where to go.

Modern well equipped apartment on beautiful Plaza Candelaria in the old town. Comfortable large bed in quiet bedroom away from the street. Cleaned several times during our 2 week stay. Friendly helpful reception staff and their own app with suggestions of restaurants and sites to visitors to in the town. It was enjoyable to spend time in the apartment and on the roof terrace when not out and about

Host was great with pre-information, recommendations and friendly welcome (although we had a door code to arrive when it suited us). Great location and beautiful view across the square, it felt like we were locals for the weekend, lovely city. The roof terrace was better than we expected, we also used the fab laundry room including tumble dryer, and the manager let us leave luggage there after check-out.

Not really a criticism, the apartments do not directly get the sun and we found it a bit chilly in March but would be a bonus in the summer.

So hard not to repeat all the praise already on here. Beautifully restored building with exceptional apartment. It looks as if the square has been substantially redeveloped and new trees were being planted whilst we were there. We did not have the best of weather but the roof terrace was a brilliant area on the sunny day. Ideally placed for exploring Cadiz. Nidia was very helpful with recommendations and suggestions. She directed us to a small supermarket on the corner of the square when we arrived, there is however a much better carrefour supermarket 5 minutes walk away in the central market square.

This was the nicest and most reasonably priced apartment we have stayed in during our travels in Spain. Spacious, full of light, tastefully decorated in modern style and with such a well equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and the rain shower was fantastic. Overlooking a quiet little plaza with fragrant magnolia trees, the building is well served by restaurants, cafes, bars and shops and within easy walking distance of the main sights and beaches. It is a quick 10-15 min walk from the train station. There are only 5 apartments in the building and the quality of service we experienced from Nidia and Jessica was just wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble and Nidia gave us lots of time at check-in providing a wealth of useful information. It is rare to find such genuine personal service these days. Arriving in our apartment, we found a handwritten postcard containing some poetry and welcoming us to Cadiz. There are lots of nice little touches such as bicycles free for guest use, as well as umbrellas. The rooftop area would be a great space for relaxing in warmer weather. It was a little too cool for that during our visit, unfortunately. We hope to return to Candelaria10 and will be recommending it to family and friends.

The apartment was amazing, check-in was a breeze as Nidia met us when we arrived, she showed us apartment, gave us tip about sights along with restaurant recommendations and ordered a taxi for us at departure. Beds was big and comfortable, apartment is tastefully decorated and centrally located. We highly recommend people stay here.

A beautiful renovated apartment looking over one of the prettiest plazas in Cadiz. Fully equipped and includes bikes and laundry (washer and dryer) and a lovely roof terrace. Very comfortable and the staff are super helpful.

When we arrived on Saturday evening At 7 pm, all shops were closed so we could not get provisions until the following day. Luckily we got the last place in a restaurant close by. Maybe book in advance.

Very easy to find and to gain access to the property by using the keypad ( we had the code) Great location , close to everything in the old town. ( restaurants , supermarket etc) Fabulous beaches. Hosts were very helpful with all local information and The apartment was bright, spotless and very comfortable.

A beautifully restored building done with taste and quality (even the washing machines are Miele). Really central to Cadiz overlooking a beautiful square with bars and restaurants almost on the doorstep. An easy walk to the beach to watch the sunset and about 20 minutes walk to the start of a long seafront promenade in the newer city. You can also watch the sunrise from the lovely roof terrace ( see photo). A warm welcome, loads of helpful info, comfortable bed and great shower.
