I try to always include at least one thing to improve, so it does not look like the reviews were written by the hosts themselves, but I honestly cannot think of anything. For me personally the mattress was a bit hard, but that is a matter of personal taste, and some people prefer it this way.

Fantastic apartment. Incredibly beautiful building. Tastefully decorated apartment, overlooking the square in front, and fitted with everything that you require. Perfect location in the middle of the old town, yet quiet. A very kind host, who makes you immediately feel welcome. Effortless check-in process. The building’s roof-top terrace is great, with a nice view over the old town. Also featuring the most stylish bicycle garage that I have ever seen anywhere. Should I ever be back in Cádiz, I will absolutely try to stay at this place again.

Not a complaint but instructions on using the TV to get the best channels, I worked it out but someone else might struggle

I loved it, this was one of five apartments I stayed in on a mini tour of Spain and it was the best. Right on a lovely square, the reception is lovely even when there are no staff. We were in 1B and the communication over whatsapp to get the door codes was super simple. The apartment is cosy, warm and beautifully decorated. The windows over looking the square are so nice. In fact, the room was so nice we ended up going to a supermarket and making the most of the kitchen, living room and Netflix rather than going out all night. We even tried to get the name of the sofa maker it was so comfy but we were told all the furniture was made to order. I would definitely stay here again

Everything was just perfect! Right in the middle of Cadiz, most comfortable beds we had on our vacation, great recommendations for restaurants, cafes… by Nidia… bicycles we could use… we just felt at home and could have stayed much longer. Highly recommended, nothing to criticize.

A lovely apartment overlooking a small square within walking distance of the main sites. Very clear instructions regarding parking, a warm welcome and a very well equipped apartment including a kitchenette that was well equipped and access to a washing machine and dryer.

It’ a cross the street from a a park that is well used by the locals and is beautiful. Remember it’s not uncommon foe family’s to be out past 11pm. We brought a potty sound machine which was perfect to drown out any noise anyway. :)

Location was good but this property was luxurious. Did not expect it to be so beautiful inside as well as modern. Definitely use the bikes to see the city!

Lovely, spacious apartment with access to a great roof terrace, right in the heart of old Cádiz in a refurbished building on a pretty square. Lots of bars and restaurants a stone's throw away, and most sights and beaches within a kilomètre's walk. Recommended.

Wonderful apartment in a great location, a short walk from most of the key sites in this great city. The apartment and its equipment are exceptional – including an induction hob – and staff very welcoming and helpful. Set in a beautiful old building flanked by great restaurants, bars and other shops and overlooking one of the few green squares in the centre of old Cadiz. There is also a roof terrace with iconic views of whitewashed roofs.

the location is one of the best squares of the Old town perfectly situated for everything. The staff are all excellent and take care of anything you need and are always at hand to resolve any questions you may have. The bikes included are a real bonus and great for getting around to visit different places quickly as the bike paths on the promenade are fantastic. the apartments are ultra modern and spotlessly clean and are kept so throughout your stay. Rooftop terrace is superb for sunbathing or an evening drink overlooking the cathedral. We will definitely be back. thanks to Nidia and all the staff for a wonderful 10 days
